Chicken Fried Rice

  Take pot with some oil add chopped onion leave for couple  of minutes stir, add yogurt Chopped garlic, ginger Cinnamon small stick Chopped tomato Salt, chili powder to taste Cover the pot leave on higher than  Medium flame for couple of minutes Stir, add Chicken Cover the pot for some time Stir, cover the pot leave for 15 minutes Stir add semi boiled rice Sprinkle oil Cover pot, Leave for 10 minutes on medium flame Sprinkle chopped Parsley Stir to mix Carefully Not to mash the rice It is done  Enjoy

Beef Patties

  Chop Parsley, Mint  Garlic  add in ground beef sprinkle salt, pepper, Oil add yogurt mix everything make Patties of any shape / size  your choice Fry or bake Cover dish with foil bake at 450 for  20 minutes take cover off sprinkle oil bake 10 more minutes Don't let it dry out enjoy with Salad  Sauce / Ketchup

Bread Sweet Dish

                        Fry bread slices Spread in a baking dish sprinkle sugar to taste add milk to dip slices don't cover the dish Bake at 400  for 15 minutes don't let milk dry out spread Evaporated milk bake for 5 minutes spread condensed milk Bake for one minute Take the dish out Let it cool down Garnish with chopped Almond and Pistachio Enjoy

Big Veggie Salad

  Cut Potatoes  Sweet potatoes Microwave and  Broil in oven Spread salad leaves  in a Bowl, add potatoes Sweet potatoes Sprinkle olive oil Vinegar, Salt, Pepper Chopped Carrot Sliced Bell Peppers Toss to mix  On top to garnish Cherry tomatoes Nuts and sliced Boiled eggs Sprinkle  Salt and Pepper Enjoy  

Chicken Curry

  Take chicken breast pieces  in a bowl, add Garlic paste Oil, yogurt, salt and pepper Mix everything well Leave for sometime  on room temperature  Take a pot with oil Put it on higher than  medium flame add chopped Onion let it be light brown add tomato paste Cover the pot after couple of minutes add chicken Sprinkle oil Hot sauce to taste Leave for some time Stir and cover the pot Leave to cook Stir and check the chicken Cover again if not done Garnish with Mint / Parsley Enjoy with Rice / bread  of your choice

Chicken Wings with Honey

  Take Chicken wings  in Frying pan with oil put it on medium heat add chopped Garlic Sprinkle Salt, Pepper add water to cook Cover the top leave for sometime  on stove, add Hot sauce to taste Mustard, Soy Sauce Stir for couple of minutes add Honey and Ketchup Cover and leave for  couple of minutes It is done Garnish with  Green Onion and Parsley Enjoy

Veggie fried Rice

  Take a big frying pan with  some oil, put it  on medium heat add chopped onion  Stir, add chopped Garlic frozen mixed vegetables leave for couple of minutes  stir and add Chopped Cabbage Sprinkle Salt, Pepper add Precooked rice Sprinkle Soy sauce vinegar, oil Couple of drops Hot Sauce Whisk eggs to make Scrambled egg add and mix everything Sprinkle Chopped Green Onion It is done Enjoy
