  Cut chicken legs into two mark cuts with knife it will help the seasoning to go through Sprinkle oil in baking tray Spread chicken pieces Sprinkle Garlic salt Pepper, Red chili flakes to taste, Soy sauce Vinegar, Sugar Rub well on each side Don't cover the tray Put it in oven at 425  for 40 to 45 minutes it will be done Check with knife Broil for couple of minute to give color Enjoy with Salad, Fries Ketchup

Bread Pudding

Spread Bread slices  in a baking tray Sprinkle sugar Homo milk Sugar and more milk  to dip the slices Bake at 375 for 20 minutes Sprinkle sugar Broil  for one minute to give color Sprinkle Chopped Almond  Pistachios Enjoy

Chicken with Rice

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add Chopped onion leave for a couple of minutes stir add chopped Garlic Ginger, piece of Cinnamon stick, cumin seeds stir, add chopped tomatoes Salt, Pepper, leave for 5 minutes stir, add Chicken, sprinkle oil Cover the pot after 10 minutes Stir, cover leave for 10 more  minutes, check the chicken to be done, add boiled rice Sprinkle Oil, Salt, Pepper to Taste, Chopped Coriander / Parsley to add color and taste Cover the pot Leave for 5 minutes Stir, leave for 5 more minutes It is done Enjoy

  Sprinkle oil in baking tray Spread Chicken Breast  Sprinkle Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato paste, Oil Flip the Breast pieces to cover with  the seasoning  Cover tray with foil Bake at 450  for 20 minutes Take foil off Bake for 5 more minutes It is done Enjoy with rice / Pasta / Fries, Ketchup

Big Fruit Veggie Salad

  Cut apples in small cubes put it in a bowl add chopped Lettuce Cherry tomato halves Cucumber, Baby corn Boiled Pasta Soy sauce, Honey, Vinegar Feta cheese Salt, Pepper pinch of sugar  Mix everything Enjoy

Fish Patties

  Open fish can drain and put fish  in a bowl add lemon juice wet bread slice not with much water shredded Cabbage Chopped Green red Bell peppers Salt, Pepper Red chili flakes to taste mix everything make patties of any shape any size stir fry enjoy with Ketchup make Rolls / sandwiches

  Sprinkle oil in Baking tray Spread Ground Beef Add Chopped onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomatoes Salt, Pepper Hot Sauce to taste Potatoes Halves Mix together Sprinkle Oil Cover with foil Bake at 450 for  30 minutes Remove foil Mix Everything Bake 10 more minutes Check for the Gravy There has to be some Not too dry Keep track
