Steak with Herbs

Press the piece of Steak with Hand Rub salt and Pepper on each side Keep pressing to absorb Heat the Cast iron pan Properly grease with oil leave it on high flame Put the Steak add butter to the pan Put the crushed Garlic  Keep on basting Spread Thyme and  Rosemary   Keep on basting  Flip, put garlic and herbs on the other side Keep on basting till done Check with knife  Enjoy

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than medium flame add Chopped Onion Garlic and Ginger Stir, add Ground Beef Salt, Pepper stir, cover pot for 5 minutes, Stir, cover leave for 5 more minutes add Chopped tomatoes Sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers, Higher the flame stir, add boiled Rice Sprinkle Oil, Salt, Pepper Lemon Juice Stir, Cover pot for 5 minutes Stir, Sprinkle Chopped  Parsley / Mint  It is done Enjoy

Baked Fish

Take a baking tray sprinkle oil Spread fish Sprinkle on each side Salt, Pepper lemon juice, oil Bake at 450 for 30 minutes Broil for couple of minutes to give color and taste Enjoy with Tartar sauce Fries, ketchup and Salad

Baked Grounnd Beef

  Take Ground beef in a bowl add minced Garlic Ginger, Yogurt Salt, Pepper Oil, Red Chili to taste Mix everything Sprinkle oil in a Baking tray Spread the Beef in Tray Sprinkle Oil on top Put one Cinnamon stick Cover and bake  at 450 for 30 minutes Take cover off Broil for one minute to give color and taste Sprinkle mint on top Enjoy with Stir Fried Red, Yellow Bell Peppers Make Rolls, Sandwiches Enjoy

  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add Chopped onion leave for a couple of minutes stir add chopped Garlic Ginger, piece of Cinnamon stick, cumin seeds stir, add chopped tomatoes Salt, Pepper, leave for 5 minutes stir, add Chicken, sprinkle oil Cover the pot after 10 minutes Stir, cover leave for 10 more  minutes, check the chicken to be done, add boiled rice Sprinkle Oil, Salt, Pepper to Taste, Chopped Coriander / Parsley to add color and taste Cover the pot Leave for 5 minutes Stir, leave for 5 more minutes It is done Enjoy

  Sprinkle oil in baking tray Spread Chicken Breast  Sprinkle Garlic Salt, Pepper Tomato paste, Oil Flip the Breast pieces to cover with  the seasoning  Cover tray with foil Bake at 450  for 20 minutes Take foil off Bake for 5 more minutes It is done Enjoy with rice / Pasta / Fries, Ketchup

Fish Platter

  Take Fish pieces in a bowl add Oil, Lemon juice Salt, Pepper, yogurt Tomato Paste, Garlic Paste Crushed Red Peppers to taste, mix to marinate for couple of minutes Take oil in Frying pan Put it on a higher flame Spread Fish pieces Flip after couple of minutes Leave for, to be done Take fish out  Spread Sliced Red, Green Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers in the same  frying pan with the oil left, Stir fry add Broccoli and Peas to stir fry Enjoy the stir fried Veggies with fish Your Platter is ready

 Take Boneless Chicken in a bowl, add Tomato Paste Minced Garlic, Ginger Salt, Pepper, Oil Red Chili Sauce to taste Mix everything Leave for some time Take a Pot with Oil Put it on Higher Flame Put the chicken from Bowl, Cover the Pot Leave for couple of minutes Stir, cover again leave for some time Stir, Check for  to be down  Leave for some more  time if not done add Broccoli, Sliced Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Oil, Cove for Couple of Minutes, it is done Enjoy with Rice / Bread
