Take Fish pieces in a bowl

add Oil, Lemon juice

Salt, Pepper, yogurt

Tomato Paste, Garlic Paste

Crushed Red Peppers

to taste, mix to marinate

for couple of minutes

Take oil in Frying pan

Put it on a higher flame

Spread Fish pieces

Flip after couple of minutes

Leave for, to be done

Take fish out 

Spread Sliced Red, Green

Yellow and Orange

Bell Peppers in the same 

frying pan with the oil

left, Stir fry

add Broccoli and Peas

to stir fry

Enjoy the stir fried

Veggies with fish

Your Platter is ready
