  Microwave couple of  cut Potatoes mash with spoon in a bowl  add chopped onions Green, Red and Yellow Bell peppers, Parsley add Tomato paste sprinkle Lemon juice Salt, Pepper Mix well make Patties of any shape / size Stir fry in a frying pan Enjoy with Salad Ketchup Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Sweet and Sour Chicken

  Cut Chicken breast into bite pieces, Sprinkle Corn Starch Salt, pepper, Honey Soy sauce, Ketchup minced Garlic lemon juice Mix and leave for  some time to marinate Put frying pan with some oil on a medium flame put marinated chicken  Cover the pan Leave for 10 minutes to cook Stir, leave for 5 minutes Check if not done Leave for a couple of  more minutes Enjoy with Salad Rice / Pasta make Rolls / Sandwiches    

Stir Fried Fish

   Spread salt, pepper and Sprinkle Lemon Juice on each side of Salmon Coat both sides with all purpose flour Stir fry in frying pan Flip and fry to give Golden color It will be crispy Tasty Enjoy with Tartar sauce Salad, Fries and Ketchup

Steak with Herbs

Press the piece of Steak with Hand Rub salt and Pepper on each side Keep pressing to absorb Heat the Cast iron pan Properly grease with oil leave it on high flame Put the Steak add butter to the pan Put the crushed Garlic  Keep on basting Spread Thyme and  Rosemary   Keep on basting  Flip, put garlic and herbs on the other side Keep on basting till done Check with knife  Enjoy

  Spread ketchup on  Bread slice Sprinkle precooked Ground Beef Salt, Pepper Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Hot sauce to taste Bake in Toaster oven to let Cheese melt Broil to give  Color and taste Enjoy

  Take a piece of Beef in a pot add Oil, Yogurt, Salt Pepper, Chopped Garlic Ginger, No water added keep it overnight in fridge to marinate  after that cook on  medium flame to get it  tender, No water added Slice to make Burgers Rolls, Sandwiches.
