Fish Fried

  Take any fish of your choice Cut into big pieces Sprinkle salt, pepper and few drops of Lemon Juice Take a plate with  some  all purpose Flour Put the fish pieces on the plate to get dry coating To make batter Take a bowl with  Corn flour add pinch of Baking soda Mix everything well add water slowly to get  right thickness of batter Not too thick Not too watery  Mix everything well Dip fish pieces into Batter after that put the fish pieces  again on the plate  of all purpose Flour  Flip the pieces to get coating this will make fish crispy  and give color  Heat up oil to fry the Fish Enjoy with Fries and  Sauce of your choice My Friends in Ireland Please make sure not to open the Smile Cafe on closed holidays We have to follow the Directives. Chicken with Rice and Veggies

  Boil Chicken pieces  Doesn't matter with bone  or boneless Boil rice separately Slice potatoes,  egg plant  and carrots  Stir fry the vegetables Take a baking dish  Sprinkle oil Spread chopped tomatoes and chicken pieces Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper  and chili powder  to taste if you want Now spread  Sliced Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers  and half of the fried Veggies Spread Rice and  the rest of veggies Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice  Cover and Bake at 450 for 15 minutes It will be done Enjoy

Potato Dish with Veggies

Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add Cumin seeds,  couple  of  Black peppers and one whole  Red Chili Add sliced / cut  pieces of potatoes Sprinkle salt and Red chili powder to taste  add water  to cook  and to  leave some  for  curry after Cover the pot leave for 10 minutes stir and add one chopped Green  and one Red Bell Pepper, shredded Mozzarella cheese, chopped Parsley / Green Coriander Cover the pot leave for couple of more minutes It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice / Macaroni / Pasta

Stir Fried Fish

Take a pot with cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, Leave for couple of minutes to turn yellowish add cumin seeds, couple of black peppers one whole red chili Chopped tomatoes salt, chili powder to taste Cover the pot leave on stove for 10 minutes Stir and spread  fish pieces No water added don't cover the pot leave for 5 minutes flip the fish pieces and leave for another  5 minutes It is done enjoy with Rice / Bread Choices are yours You can make  Rolls / Burgers Enjoy

Fried Rice with Chick Peas

Open Chick Peas can drain and wash well under tap  using sieve, to wash away  the preservatives Take rice in a bowl wash couple of times Now take a pot with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be yellowish Add chopped garlic, chopped  ginger, cumin seeds, one whole red chili Add chic peas salt, pepper and  red chili powder to taste Stir to mix everything add the rice Now add water enough to cook the rice Stir, flame now has to be full  Stir after couple  of minutes Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes on full flame Don't take off the lid lower the flame slightly After 5 minutes Lower the flame to medium for couple of minutes after that to minimum for couple of minutes It is done now you can garnish your dish with sliced boiled egg, Herbs and fried onion, to give color You can sprinkle Crushed red chili in your plate  to taste.

Carrot Desert Quick Recipe

Wash carrots using scrub brush You don't have to peel  Put it into crusher  Take a pot  put it  on medium flame add crushed carrot  add sugar to taste  No water added Cover the pot  Leave for 15 minutes Stir and add  dry skim milk powder as much as you want No water added Keep stirring  for a while It is done  Sprinkle sliced almond and raisin  and enjoy

Veggie Snacks

Take Chick Peas flour in a bowl mix lots of chopped onion,  chopped ginger, chopped Green / Red Bell Peppers, salt and crushed red chili  Mix everything well with water to make a paste, Now stir fry taking one or two Tbs full of the content It will be crispy and tasty Veggie snacks Enjoy with any sauce  of your choice or with Spicy Yogurt

Bread Pizza Slices

Take Bread slices  Spread Pizza sauce or Ketchup Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese, Salt, pepper and crushed red chili Bake at 375 for 3 minutes Broil for one to two minute It will be great tasty home made Pizza Slice Enjoy like snacks or pack for your lunch

Omelette with Red and Green Bell Pepper

Blend couple of eggs in a bowl add chopped Red and  Green Bell peppers salt and black pepper add chopped ginger to give special flavor and taste add small quantity of milk It will give softness Mix everything well Take a frying pan with  some cooking oil Put on medium flame  Pour the content Leave for couple of minutes sprinkle Crushed Red chili to give color and taste Flip the omelette  leave for couple of minutes Flip again It is ready now Tasty and colorful dish Enjoy with any bread your like Make Rolls/Sandwiches Choices are yours

Stir Fried Fish with Onion and Tomatoes

Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium flame add chopped onion stir, after couple of minutes add chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger,  garlic, yogurt, cumin seeds, tomato paste  to give color No water added Leave the pot on medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes to simmer everything and let it cook for a while It has to be  not so juicy after that  stir and spread  the fish  pieces in the pot  Don't stir You can take any fish  fresh or from freezer Leave it for 5 minutes to cook Flame has to be higher but not full  Now with flat spoon flip the fish  don't stir Leave it for 5 more minutes to cook.  It is done. Enjoy with Bread of your choice / Rice  Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Stir Fried Veggies

Take a pot with some cooking oil, put it on medium flame add cut pieces of Egg Plant, salt, pepper, cumin seeds,  red chili powder,  chopped ginger, garlic,  chopped tomatoes, tomato paste to give color, some water Cover the pot  and leave for 5 to 8 minutes  on  medium flame now add cut potatoes,  sprinkle cooking oil, crushed red chili,  chopped Parsley / Green Coriander, to give color Stir to mix, cover the pot  and leave for 10 minutes on medium flame Stir to mix It is done now enjoy with Bread of your choice / Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Baked Fish

Take a baking tray Spread the fish pieces in the dish sprinkle some cooking oil, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili, few drops of lemon juice and  cooking oil Cover the dish with foil and  bake for 20 minutes take the foil off broil for few minutes Don't let it be too dry Leave some liquid  it will  taste  better  It is done enjoy with rice or bread of your choice

French Toast

Merry Christmas Enjoy the Festivities Blend couple of eggs in a bowl If you want to skip the Yolk  take the egg White only Mix sugar to taste pour some milk I take 2% but it is up to you Mix everything in the bowl with eggs together Cut the bread slices into  whatever size and shape  you want I cut into four squares Dip the bread slices  into the mixture for few minutes so to absorb the content Now stir fry the pieces you can sprinkle sugar  to taste better It is done now enjoy

Stir Fried Peas and Potatoes

Take a pot with some cooking oil  and chopped onion leave for couple of minutes  to let it yellowish. Add cumin seeds, couple of Black Peppers,  one whole Red chili, chopped Tomatoes,  chopped Garlic  and Ginger, salt and  Red chili powder, to taste. Now add cut pieces of Potatoes  and Green Peas Cover the pot leave for 10 minutes  on  medium flame.  Check the potato pieces  If not done leave the pot  for 5 more minutes  on lower flame. It is done now enjoy  Make Rolls, Sandwiches or with Rice

Beef and Veggie Patties

Microwave some potato big pieces take off the skin it will be easy after microwave Take a bowl mash the potatoes Now add precooked ground beef, Chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped Garlic and Ginger, chopped Green and Red Bell Peppers Sprinkle cooking oil, lemon Juice, salt, pepper  and crushed Red Chili Mix everything well and make Patties of any size of any shape Take a Baking Tray grease with oil Spread the Patties cover with foil Bake at 450 for 10 minutes Take foil off Bake for 10 minutes at the same Temperature Broil for 2 minutes to give color It is ready to have like snacks or make Rolls / Sandwiches have with Rice Enjoy with spicy yogurt / Hot sauce

Stir Fried Rice with Veggies

Boil some rice don't overdo  leave it a under cooked Take a baking dish grease  with olive oil spread the rice into the dish spread chopped tomatoes Sprinkle salt and pepper and some cooking oil Take a frying pan with some oil Put some cut Broccoli, Green peas, sliced, green and red,  Bell pepper, Chopped garlic and ginger Sprinkle salt and pepper stir fry and spread on top of tomatoes in the baking dish Cover dish with foil Bake for 10 minutes at 450 It is done  Now Enjoy

Baked Ground Beef with Green Peas

Take a baking tray with  some  cooking oil spread ground beef sprinkle chopped ginger,  chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and  crushed red chili sprinkle some oil on top  cover the dish with foil  put it in oven at 450  for 20 minutes Take foil off add Green Peas Sliced  Red and  Yellow Bell Pepper It will add flavor and give color Sprinkle some oil  Cover and put it at  450 for 10 minutes Take foil off Broil for 2 minutes It is done now Enjoy with Rice / Bread Make Rolls / Sandwiches Have with Pasta / Macaroni Enjoy in your own way Have fun

Take a pot with some Olive oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion leave it for couple of minutes to let  it be yellowish Cut Beans into half wedges  put it in the pot add chopped tomatoes, couple of whole black peppers, one whole red chili, pinch of cumin seeds. salt and and crushed red chili Sprinkle some oil  Now cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes on medium flame Stir for couple of minutes leave for 5 more minutes It is done now enjoy  You can have it with precooked meat or as it is choices are yours Take it with rice /make Rolls or have with Macaroni /Pasta Enjoy my dear

Take a pot with some cooking oil Put it on medium flame add ground beef sprinkle salt and pepper cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes Stir fry sliced onion in another pot add chopped ginger and garlic, one whole red chili, couple of black peppers, stir and add the precooked meat  Spread chopped tomatoes, sliced Bell Peppers of your choice I use bit of all colors, I mean Red/Green/Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers Sprinkle salt, pepper and Crushed Red chili Spread Mint/ Parsley or Green Coriander leaves To give flavor Cover the pot leave on medium flame  Leave for 10 minutes, Check, not too dry there has to be some gravy Not much It is done, enjoy with Rice/ Bread of your choice/Macaroni/ Pasta. Whatever you like  to have with

Chick Peas salad with Potatoes

I apologize for not publishing my Recipe Blog  last week.  I was too busy so forgot. Hope you people will forgive me. To Err is Human. Open chick peas can, drain the liquid,  wash peas under tap water in the strainer.  It will wash out the preservatives.  Put the washed peas in a big bowl. Wash some potatoes, cut into big pieces, microwave in covered glass bowl,  not in plastic one. It will not be healthy.  Peel and cut the big pieces of potatoes  into size of your choice Dump the potatoes  in the bowl with chick peas.       add couple of table spoons of yogurt, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes,  chopped Red/Yellow/ Green/Orange Bell Pepper Add salt/ pepper and crushed red chili, Mint / Parsley / Green Coriander leaves it will add color. Mix everything well with spoon/ fork It is ready to enjoy like snacks You can have with rice  or with bread of your choice mix with Maca...
