Apple Pudding Cake

  Take a Frying pan Wipe with Butter to Grease Sprinkle sugar  Spread apple slices Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add sugar, few drops of oil and milk Whip to mix Add flour, pinch of baking powder and few drops of vinegar mix everything well Put the frying pan on low heat Spread the mixture from the bowl on the apple slices in frying pan Cover and leave for  15 to 20 minutes Flip, take off the cover  leave  for 5 more minutes Sprinkle Icing sugar and Cinnamon powder  It is done Enjoy with Coffee / Tea Choice is yours

Baked Lemon Ginger Chicken

  Take a baking dish, sprinkle oil take chicken legs with cuts or you can take boneless, choice is yours.  Spread chicken in the tray Sprinkle oil and lemon juice,  salt, pepper, and chopped ginger On top sprinkle oil, and  Parsley Cover with foil, put in oven  at 450  for 20 minutes Remove foil put for 5 more minutes It is done, juicy and tasty Enjoy with Salad and  dressings  of your choice with Bread / Rice Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Rice Dessert Dish

Cook some plain rice Add lots of milk in the rice pot Leave the pot on medium flame for an hour keep the pot slightly open so not to let it boil and not to spoil the stove Milk quantity has to be dried off to make it not too liquidy Now add sugar to taste stir and leave for 10 more minutes add some raisin and sliced almonds It is done, enjoy your desert It will be delicious and full of nutrition

Roasted Chicken

Take the Roasting bag Put some chicken pieces into the bag you can take boneless chicken, wings, or legs Now add onion cut pieces couple of whole fresh garlic cloves few drops of oil sprinkle some salt Add Rosemary  to give extra flavor If you like hot  sprinkle some red chili powder or crushed chili Tie up  the Roasting bag  and put it in oven at 400 C for 30 minutes Take the chicken pieces out of bag and put it on foil don't cover or fold put it in the oven at 400 for  8 to 10 more minutes to dry up the extra liquid and to give color It is done Enjoy with bread of your choice / Rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches / enjoy with Fries / Garlic bread

Stir Fried Zucchini

Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add cumin seeds, one whole red chili and couple of whole black peppers Stir and add chopped onion wait till it gets yellowish Now add chopped zucchini add salt and crushed red chili No water added Cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes stir once a while Now add chopped tomatoes few drops of fresh lemon juice whole green pepper and fresh mint leaves Cover the pot and Leave for 5 minutes It is done now enjoy  with rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches with bread of your choice.

Fish Patties

Open fish can  You can have Tuna or Salmon  whatever you like Now take some potatoes wash  Cut into big pieces and microwave Peel and mash Take a bowl and put fish and potatoes  add salt and pepper Crushed red chili  Chopped onion Chopped tomatoes Chopped green, red, yellow, orange Bell peppers Mix everything well Make patties of any size and shape Stir fry to turn into golden It will be tasty and crispy Make Rolls / Sandwiches Take with Rice, Macaroni / Pasta Choices are your my Dear Enjoy

Pasta with Veggies

Take zucchini, you don't have to peel just slice and stir fry now take egg plant slice and stir fry too Take a pot with some oil put it on medium flame add boiled Macaroni / Pasta add tomato sauce add hot sauce, salt and pepper  if you like hot add crushed red chili Add sliced green, red, orange and red bell pepper chopped green onion now add the fried egg plant and zucchini If you want add precooked meat / chicken  strips or precooked ground beef Add Mozzarella / Cheddar cheese mix everything  Turn off the flame It is ready to eat and enjoy

Mini Pizza

Take Sandwich bread slices or you take Buns instead of  bread slices Put tomato ketchup like a base spread thin slices of green, red, orange yellow, any Bell peppers Slices of onion and Olives Spread Mozzarella cheese  sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper If you like hot add crushed red pepper too You can sprinkle herb of your choice too, if you like Now Broil in toaster oven  to melt the cheese down to get the taste and color This will be quick  and complete diet You can spread precooked chicken or meat strips too Enjoy as snacks or pack as a quick lunch

French Toast

Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add milk and sugar to taste mix everything with fork Cut bread slices into two  or  four pieces Now dip the pieces in the  bowl for couple of minutes Take a frying pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame Stir fry the bread pieces to yellowish golden It will be a healthy snack You can have it like a desert   Enjoy

Egg Potato Curry

I never start cooking anything until my heart is into it. It means whatever clicks to my mind I go for that.  I was thinking about Egg Curry so I started making that  to put on the dinner table for my family. Kitchen is a place to play around with all the colors, tastes  and flavors, to transform into product of your own choice. We are talking here about Egg Curry.  Take some cooking oil in the pot and put it on medium flame. Add chopped onion, cover the pot leave for couple of minutes  to make onion yellowish. Stir and add chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic  couple of cloves,  chopped ginger,  red chili powder and salt you can add some tomato paste  to give color  Also add one table spoon  of yogurt.  Add some water and cover the pot.  Leave for 15 minutes on medium flame. Beef Burgers

Take ground beef add chopped onion,  chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger, chopped or paste.  Chopped green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers some cooking oil, salt, pepper and crushed chili Mix everything. Now take a baking dish put some oil to grease the dish Make patties of any size or shape of your choice Spread in the dish, cover the dish with foil and  put at 450 for 20 minutes Now take the foil off and leave the dish at the same  temperature for further 20 minutes. It is done now, if you want some color broil for 2 minutes Don't dry up the patties It has to be juicy Enjoy making Rolls, burgers, sandwiches Take it with rice or pasta If you don't want chopped Bell peppers, don't add I always mix some veggies It gives balance and adds up color
