Apple Pudding Cake

Take a Frying pan

Wipe with Butter to Grease

Sprinkle sugar 

Spread apple slices


Crack couple of eggs in a bowl

add sugar, few drops of oil

and milk

Whip to mix


Add flour,

pinch of baking powder

and few drops of vinegar

mix everything well


Put the frying pan on low heat

Spread the mixture from

the bowl on the apple slices

in frying pan


Cover and leave for 

15 to 20 minutes

Flip, take off the cover 

leave for 5 more minutes


Sprinkle Icing sugar and

Cinnamon powder 

It is done

Enjoy with Coffee / Tea
