Baked Fish Simple Recipe

  Take Salmon or any fish  of your choice  Sprinkle Lemon juice, Oil,  Salt and Pepper Put it in a baking dish Sprinkle water so that it will be juicy after Put the dish to bake at 375  for 20 minutes Don't cover  Leave it open It will give color

Creamy Fruit Salad

  Take Mayonnaise in a big bowl add cream, sprinkle salt, pepper and  icing sugar, not granular sugar stir to mix well add pre boiled cut Potatoes, boiled Green Peas add in the bowl and mix well add cut apple pieces, pineapple cubes and  cut Strawberries  Mix everything Fruit Salad is done You can use Mixed tinned fruits too still freshly cut fruits will be more healthy  tasty and without preservatives 

Chili Cheese Toast

  Take a Bowl with Chopped Parsley, Basil,  Green, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers Add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and butter Mix everything well  Take bread slices of your choice Spread the mixture from the bowl Put in Toaster Oven for couple of minutes It is done Enjoy like snacks or with lunch or Dinner as a side dish

Vegetable egg fried rice

  Take a wok with  some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic, cut and blanched Broccoli, peas,  Spring onion stir  add lightly beaten eggs,  stir and  add Soya sauce,  salt and pepper Stir  add pre cooked rice, Stir to mix everything Cover the pot  Leave it on stove for 2 minutes on high flame   for 5 minutes on  medium flame and further 5 minutes on lower flame to get steam and  spices flavor Stir It is done Enjoy

Fish Patties

  Open fish can, drain the liquid  put the rest in a bowl,  add corn flour, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili to taste,  fresh lemon juice few drops, few drops of cooking oil,  chopped green Bell pepper.  chopped mint or parsley.  bread crumbs,  you can use bread slice  instead of crumbs. mix everything well to make  sort of dough Make patties of any shape / size take some bread crumbs in a plate no water added wrap the patties into crumbs  Stir fry it will be crunchy and tasty Enjoy with salad and  sauce of your choice with rice / bread Make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours

Baked Lemon Ginger Chicken

  Take a baking dish, sprinkle oil take chicken legs with cuts or you can take boneless, choice is yours.  Spread chicken in the tray Sprinkle oil and lemon juice,  salt, pepper, and chopped ginger On top sprinkle oil, and  Parsley Cover with foil, put in oven  at 450  for 20 minutes Remove foil put for 5 more minutes It is done, juicy and tasty Enjoy with Salad and  dressings  of your choice with Bread / Rice Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Veggie Snacks

Take Chick Peas flour in a bowl mix lots of chopped onion,  chopped ginger, chopped Green / Red Bell Peppers, salt and crushed red chili  Mix everything well with water to make a paste, Now stir fry taking one or two Tbs full of the content It will be crispy and tasty Veggie snacks Enjoy with any sauce  of your choice or with Spicy Yogurt

Rice Dessert Dish

Cook some plain rice Add lots of milk in the rice pot Leave the pot on medium flame for an hour keep the pot slightly open so not to let it boil and not to spoil the stove Milk quantity has to be dried off to make it not too liquidy Now add sugar to taste stir and leave for 10 more minutes add some raisin and sliced almonds It is done, enjoy your desert It will be delicious and full of nutrition

Fruit Salad

Take banana, melon, cantaloupe, grapes, apple strawberry, kiwi and grey fruit You can take as many fruits of your choice slice fruits, cut grapes and strawberries into half  Put everything in a bowl  add sugar, pinch of salt and pepper  and crushed red chili Now squeeze the grey fruits in the bowl It will be very tasty salad Enjoy

Open fish can  You can have Tuna or Salmon  whatever you like Now take some potatoes wash  Cut into big pieces and microwave Peel and mash Take a bowl and put fish and potatoes  add salt and pepper Crushed red chili  Chopped onion Chopped tomatoes Chopped green, red, yellow, orange Bell peppers Mix everything well Make patties of any size and shape Stir fry to turn into golden It will be tasty and crispy Make Rolls / Sandwiches Take with Rice, Macaroni / Pasta Choices are your my Dear Enjoy

Mini Pizza

Take Sandwich bread slices or you take Buns instead of  bread slices Put tomato ketchup like a base spread thin slices of green, red, orange yellow, any Bell peppers Slices of onion and Olives Spread Mozzarella cheese  sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper If you like hot add crushed red pepper too You can sprinkle herb of your choice too, if you like Now Broil in toaster oven  to melt the cheese down to get the taste and color This will be quick  and complete diet You can spread precooked chicken or meat strips too Enjoy as snacks or pack as a quick lunch

Fish with tomatoes

Take a frying pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame. Add chopped onion, leave for couple of minutes to make it yellow Now add chopped garlic, chopped ginger,  chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper  red chili powder, two table spoon yogurt add tomato paste to give color to the dish Cover the pot and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes Stir and spread pieces of fish in the frying pan You can take any fish of your choice cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes now flip the fish pieces  cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes you can sprinkle chopped parsley or coriander to give color and flavor cover and leave for 2 minutes If you want not so juicy take the cover off and leave for  couple of more minutes to simmer  It is done now Enjoy with rice, chips or  with bread of your choice
