Take a baking dish, sprinkle oil
take chicken legs with cuts or
you can take boneless, choice is yours. 
Spread chicken in the tray

Sprinkle oil and lemon juice, 
salt, pepper,
and chopped ginger

On top sprinkle oil,
and Parsley

Cover with foil, put in oven 
at 450 for 20 minutes

Remove foil
put for 5 more minutes

It is done, juicy
and tasty

Enjoy with Salad and 
dressings of your choice
with Bread / Rice
Make Rolls / Sandwiches
