Chicken Noodle Soup

  Boil chicken in a big pot with  salt, pepper and garlic Drain stock in a pot  Shred Chicken  in a separate Bowl Take a large pot with some Cooking oil  Put it on medium heat add chopped onion, Garlic, Chopped Celery, Carrots Stir for couple of minutes add chicken stock in the pot Let it boil for couple of minutes lower heat to medium Leave for 10 minutes Add Shredded chicken, Egg Noodles Chopped Parsley, Salt and Pepper Let Noodles to cook add Soya Sauce and Hot Sauce to taste It is done Enjoy with Garlic Bread / Dinner Rolls

Creamy Fruit Salad

  Take Mayonnaise in a big bowl add cream, sprinkle salt, pepper and  icing sugar, not granular sugar stir to mix well add pre boiled cut Potatoes, boiled Green Peas add in the bowl and mix well add cut apple pieces, pineapple cubes and  cut Strawberries  Mix everything Fruit Salad is done You can use Mixed tinned fruits too still freshly cut fruits will be more healthy  tasty and without preservatives 

Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

  Put pan on medium flame sprinkle cooking oil add chopped garlic,  stir and add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes stir and add chopped tomatoes leave for couple of minutes add ground chicken  stir and leave for  couple of minutes add salt, pepper and  soya sauce, hot sauce  to taste stir and leave  for couple of minutes add chopped spinach cover the pot leave  for 5 minutes add precooked pasta sprinkle salt, pepper, shredded Mozzarella  and  Cheddar cheese stir and leave  to melt it down Sprinkle chopped green onion and mint leaves mix everything  It is done enjoy 

Veggie Fried Rice

Take a big pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium heat Cut Cabbage and Carrot in thin slices Cut Spring onion Put everything in the pot add chopped garlic and ginger, Salt, pepper, red chili powder and green peas Stir fry for 2 minutes Now add boiled rice in the pot Stir with two big spoons  for 2 minutes to mix everything  Cover the pot and leave  on the stove for 2 to 3 minutes It is done now Enjoy

Stir Fried Mix Veggies

My apology for not posting  my Recipe last week When you are in transit, you lose track Take a pot with some cooking oil add chopped onion leave on medium heat for a while to make it  yellowish Add mix veges you can get the bag of mix veges  from the market Now add chopped tomatoes  chopped garlic and ginger salt, pepper, crushed red chili Don't add water Cover the pot and leave  on medium heat  for 20 minutes Stir for couple of minutes to mix It is done now Enjoy with Macaroni / Pasta / Rice or make Rolls / Sandwiches  with bread of your own choice

Sweet Potato Desert

Wash and cut big pieces of sweet potato Microwave for 5 minutes in a glass bowl cover a plate Don't use plastic bags to microwave It is not healthy Peel and mash the sweet potato pieces Take a pot with milk add the mashed potato Mix with spoon and put the pot on high flame for a while After it starts boiling lower the flame to medium keep stirring It is better to use wooden spoon to stir the pot It will take a while, at least an hour or so It will end up into thick curry  don't switch the flame off add sugar to taste  stir to dissolve It is done now Add nuts of your choice  Take out into glass bowl let it cool down after that put in the fridge It will be more tasty when cold It is healthy, home made dish Enjoy
