  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than  medium flame add Chopped Garlic stir, add Shredded Carrots Broccoli, Green Onion Sliced Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers Parsley, Cherry Tomatoes Stir and add Preboiled Pasta Salt Pepper, Pasta Sauce Hot Sauce to taste Stir, to mix, add  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Stir, leave Cheese to melt It is done  Enjoy

  Take a pot with some milk  Not much add crushed Carrots let it steam for a while stir and wait for the milk to dry up add Skim milk powder Keep stirring   add sugar and Nuts  of your choice I use Crushed coconut and  Pistachios Stir to mix It is done  Enjoy

Take Plain yogurt full  2% - 3%  Fruit yogurt any of your choice Put it in a bowl add cut Strawberries Blueberries Apple, Banana, Peach any fruit of your choice add Crunchy peanut butter It will taste like Nuts  in the dish and Honey Mix everything with fork  and spoon It is done Enjoy Healthy and quick Desert

  Take a Baking Tray Transparent will be better Give a great look to the Desert Cut Grapes green and Red Apples, Pear, Banana, Strawberries Mix the fruits and  Spread in the dish Take a Bowl  with some cold Homo milk add Custard Powder Stir to Blend Take a pot with milk Put it on medium flame Let it boil  add slowly the content from the Bowl Keep stirring Let it to be cooked for couple of minutes Add sugar to taste Stir and leave to get it be slightly thickened It is done Let it cool on room temperature Spread in the Tray on top of cut fruits Spread cream on top Put it in the Fridge for some time It will Taste better It will be Delicious and Healthy Enjoy

  Take custard powder in a bowl blend in cold milk Take a pan with milk Put it on flame to boil add the  content from the bowl Lower the flame to medium Stir to mix and blend let it cook for couple of minutes Spread cookies of your choice in a dish Spread content from the pan on top of cookies Sprinkle shredded nuts of your choice Garnish with Cream and Jelly to give taste and color Keep in fridge for couple of hours To settle it down It is done Enjoy

  Take Homo milk in a bowl add sugar and couple of eggs Whisk to blend well Take a baking dish Spread toasted bread slices of any shapes / any sizes Spread content of the bowl  on tray to soak and dip the slices  spread Condensed milk on top to add fullness and taste Spread  Chopped Walnuts / Almonds Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes Don't have to cover the tray It will give color Keep track Don't let it dry Has to be a bit Creamy It is done  Enjoy

Apple Pudding Cake

  Take a Frying pan Wipe with Butter to Grease Sprinkle sugar  Spread apple slices Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add sugar, few drops of oil and milk Whip to mix Add flour, pinch of baking powder and few drops of vinegar mix everything well Put the frying pan on low heat Spread the mixture from the bowl on the apple slices in frying pan Cover and leave for  15 to 20 minutes Flip, take off the cover  leave  for 5 more minutes Sprinkle Icing sugar and Cinnamon powder  It is done Enjoy with Coffee / Tea Choice is yours

  Take Mayonnaise in a big bowl add cream, sprinkle salt, pepper and  icing sugar, not granular sugar stir to mix well add pre boiled cut Potatoes, boiled Green Peas add in the bowl and mix well add cut apple pieces, pineapple cubes and  cut Strawberries  Mix everything Fruit Salad is done You can use Mixed tinned fruits too still freshly cut fruits will be more healthy  tasty and without preservatives

Wash carrots using scrub brush You don't have to peel  Put it into crusher  Take a pot  put it  on medium flame add crushed carrot  add sugar to taste  No water added Cover the pot  Leave for 15 minutes Stir and add  dry skim milk powder as much as you want No water added Keep stirring  for a while It is done  Sprinkle sliced almond and raisin  and enjoy

Merry Christmas Enjoy the Festivities Blend couple of eggs in a bowl If you want to skip the Yolk  take the egg White only Mix sugar to taste pour some milk I take 2% but it is up to you Mix everything in the bowl with eggs together Cut the bread slices into  whatever size and shape  you want I cut into four squares Dip the bread slices  into the mixture for few minutes so to absorb the content Now stir fry the pieces you can sprinkle sugar  to taste better It is done now enjoy

Take banana, melon, cantaloupe, grapes, apple strawberry, kiwi and grey fruit You can take as many fruits of your choice slice fruits, cut grapes and strawberries into half  Put everything in a bowl  add sugar, pinch of salt and pepper  and crushed red chili Now squeeze the grey fruits in the bowl It will be very tasty salad Enjoy

Take the big carrots, long ones wash properly, scrub with small brush so you don't have to peel Now cut into big pieces and put in crusher Take a pot put the carrot into  and put on medium heat Add enough sugar and cover the pot Leave for 20 minutes so sugar can  dissolve and  get mixed with carrot Stir once a while There has to be not much water left now add some dry powder milk mix for couple of minutes and it is done You can mix crushed coconut  and nuts  of your choice This will be healthy and quick you can snack  or have it like a desert  after lunch or dinner
