  Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, Garlic, ginger Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Chili to taste add Meat Pieces  Cover with Chopped Tomatoes Sprinkle Oil Salt and Pepper Cover the pot Leave on the stove for 20 minutes Stir, add Whole Green and Red Bell Pepper Cover and leave for  20 minutes Check the Meat with Knife tip If not done to your taste Leave for 10 more minutes Stir to Mix It is done Enjoy with Rice /  Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Veggie Fried Rice

Take a Big Pot with  Some cooking oil Put it on high flame add chopped Garlic and Ginger  Stir, add chopped Carrot, Peas,  Sliced Potatoes and Chopped Green Bell Pepper Sprinkle salt Keep Flame High Stir for couple of minutes Add Chopped Cabbage Stir and add Boiled Rice Sprinkle Soya Sauce, Salt, Pepper,  Cooking Oil -- Stir Sprinkle Vinegar  -- Stir Leave for couple of minutes Stir It is done Enjoy

Beef Patty

  Take ground beef in a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato,  Green and Red Bell peppers, Corn Flour, Yogurt, Oil, Salt and Pepper Mix everything well Make Patties of any size / any shape of your choice Put on a baking tray cover with foil Bake for 20 minutes at 450 Take foil off leave for 10 more minutes It is done Enjoy with Salad Rice / Pasta Make Sandwiches / Rolls Your choice

Beef Burgers Quick Ones

  Take ground beef  Make Patties of any size / any shape Sprinkle salt and pepper  on either side Take a frying pan with some oil Put it on medium flame Put the Patties in Leave for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for  Couple of more minutes Put Cheddar Cheese slices on top let it melt down Take the Patties out  Put Buns on a plate  Spread Mayo,  Ketchup and Mustard Put the Patties Top it with Red Onion slices  Tomatoes and Salad  Burger is ready to enjoy

Chicken Baked with Vinegar

  Take a baking dish Spread Chicken Breast   Sprinkle Olive oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and Red Chili Flakes on either side Cover the Dish with foil leave for an hour to marinate Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Check with knife tip It will be done For well done bake for 30 minutes Enjoy with Rice / Salad Pasta / Noodles Make Rolls with  Bread of your choice Enjoy

  Take Boneless chicken strips  in a bowl add Garlic Ginger paste and Soya Sauce Sprinkle Corn Starch Mix everything well  Leave chicken to  Marinate for  Couple of minutes Cut Onion, Broccoli, Carrot,  Red, Green Bell Peppers and Baby Corn Put Veggies in a Bowl Take a Pan with some Cooking oil Put it on medium Flame  add Chicken pieces Cover the pan leave for couple of minutes Flip the pieces Leave for couple of more minutes Take chicken pieces out in a Big plate Now put the Cut Veggies in the same pan on Medium heat Stir and leave for couple of minutes Don't cover the pan Stir and add the chicken pieces  Stir to mix Take a bowl put Soya Sauce,  Water, Sugar, Vinegar, and Corn Starch  Stir to mix well Add to the pan to  Chicken and Veggies Sprinkle oil Stir and leave for  Couple  of minutes Don't cover the pan Stir to mix well It is done Enjoy with Rice / Noodles Pasta or anything you like Quick and full of Nutrition Reci...

  Take a pan with some oil Put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic  Chopped Onion Stir for couple of minutes add sliced Carrots Shredded Cabbage Sliced Yellow, Red and Green Bell Peppers Stir to mix everything well Sprinkle Vinegar Soya Sauce Hot Sauce / Red Chili sauce sprinkle Salt and Pepper Keep the pan on stove Add cooked Noodles into the Pan Sprinkle oil Mix everything well  using two big spoons Leave for couple of minutes Sprinkle chopped Spring Onion to Garnish and to add up taste

  Take Homo milk in a bowl add sugar and couple of eggs Whisk to blend well Take a baking dish Spread toasted bread slices of any shapes / any sizes Spread content of the bowl  on tray to soak and dip the slices  spread Condensed milk on top to add fullness and taste Spread  Chopped Walnuts / Almonds Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes Don't have to cover the tray It will give color Keep track Don't let it dry Has to be a bit Creamy It is done  Enjoy

Apple Pudding Cake

  Take a Frying pan Wipe with Butter to Grease Sprinkle sugar  Spread apple slices Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add sugar, few drops of oil and milk Whip to mix Add flour, pinch of baking powder and few drops of vinegar mix everything well Put the frying pan on low heat Spread the mixture from the bowl on the apple slices in frying pan Cover and leave for  15 to 20 minutes Flip, take off the cover  leave  for 5 more minutes Sprinkle Icing sugar and Cinnamon powder  It is done Enjoy with Coffee / Tea Choice is yours

  Take Beef Steaks  Prick with fork on  Each side Sprinkle oil, Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder  On each side Take a frying pan  put it on medium flame To heat up Put the Steaks  Shallow fry for 10 minutes  Flip to finish the other side for 10 more minutes  It is done Nice, simple and tasty Enjoy 

Burritos Veggies Beef Wraps

  Take some potatoes wash,  peel and  Microwave  Take a bowl  Mash the potatoes in a bowl You can do with fork Don't have to do it into fine paste Add pre boiled ground Beef Take a Pan to  Stir Fry sliced Red, Yellow, Orange  and Green  Bell Peppers,  Zucchini  and Onion Spread Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar  Cheese in the pan Stir to mix everything  Whisk couple of eggs and milk Scramble in a pan Add everything to the bowl Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Hot Sauce  to taste Spread Burritos on a baking pan or on Foil Heat in oven for couple of seconds at 350 Now Take Mixture from  the Bowl Spread on Burritos to make a Wrap It will be Tasty, Healthy and complete Dish Enjoy with any Sauce and Drink of your Choice

Cabbage Chicken Rolls

  Take boneless chicken pieces  add Ginger, Garlic paste and salt add some water  boil  for couple of minutes  Shred the boiled chicken pieces in a bowl Shred with clean hands will be easy Add Shredded Cabbage  Salt and Pepper   Mix everything well Roll the Puff Pastry dough Cut into the size of your choice Fill with the mixture from  the bowl Bake at 450 for 20 minutes flip and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more  to get golden color It is done  Enjoy with Ketchup

Zinger Chicken Burger

  Take chicken breast pieces wash and dip into vinegar  leave for couple of minutes Sprinkle Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Salt and Pepper Mix everything well to give good Coating of  spices to chicken pieces  Leave for couple of minutes  To marinate Take All Purpose Flour in a pan Press the chicken pieces to get  good coating of the flour Shake the pieces to remove  the extra flour Fry to cook and to give Golden color It is done Make Burgers / Rolls with Shredded Cabbage / Salad Tomato,  Mayonnaise  and Ketchup Enjoy

  Take some potatoes wash  Cut into big pieces it will be quicker to microwave Peel and mash with fork Take a big bowl Put the potatoes take couple of bread slices mash and add in the bowl  add Ginger and Garlic paste Sprinkle salt, Pepper, Oregano,  Chopped onion, Green Bell pepper  and tomato paste No water added Mix everything well make Patties of any size  any  shape of your choice Stir Fry It will be tasty and healthy dish for snacks or Make Roll / Sandwiches  Enjoy with rice / Salad, Ketchup or any sauce  Choices are yours my Dear

Creamy Fruit Salad

  Take Mayonnaise in a big bowl add cream, sprinkle salt, pepper and  icing sugar, not granular sugar stir to mix well add pre boiled cut Potatoes, boiled Green Peas add in the bowl and mix well add cut apple pieces, pineapple cubes and  cut Strawberries  Mix everything Fruit Salad is done You can use Mixed tinned fruits too still freshly cut fruits will be more healthy  tasty and without preservatives 

Baked Ground Beef

  Take a pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic stir - add chopped Onion stir -- leave for couple of minutes add Ground Beef Keep stirring for couple of minutes Sprinkle salt, Pepper and Parsley Stir --  add Pasta Sauce and Tomato Paste Stir --- transfer in Baking Dish  Cover with foil  Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take off the foil  Cook for 20 minutes more It will give color and taste It is done  You can sprinkle  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese  on top and Bake for 5 more minutes Enjoy with Noodles / Pasta Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

  Take a big frying pan with some Cooking oil Put it on full flame Take a bowl with couple of eggs  Beat with fork Add to the pan keep stirring  Now add sliced Carrots, Green Peas and chopped  Cauliflower  Add pre boiled small pieces of Boneless chicken  Keep stirring  Add boiled rice Sprinkle salt, pepper,  Soya Sauce and Vinegar Keep stirring to mix everything Sprinkle chopped Green Onion  Mix everything well It is done Enjoy

Chili Cheese Toast

  Take a Bowl with Chopped Parsley, Basil,  Green, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers Add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and butter Mix everything well  Take bread slices of your choice Spread the mixture from the bowl Put in Toaster Oven for couple of minutes It is done Enjoy like snacks or with lunch or Dinner as a side dish

  Take chicken legs with cut marks put in big pot add couple of Table spoon of vinegar sprinkle salt add water to dip the chicken Leave for 10 to 15 minutes Drain the water  Take ginger garlic paste in another bowl  add couple of spoon of Tomato ketchup, Chili sauce, Soya sauce, Cooking oil, Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper Mix everything well Dip the chicken legs to marinate Arrange the leg pieces in baking tray Spread Lemon Slices and sliced Ginger Sprinkle oil Cover with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take cover off  Bake for 10 more minutes It is done Enjoy with Fries /  Garlic Bread / Rice Choices are yours

Fish Patties

  Open fish can  Drain out the liquid Put the content in a Bowl Microwave couple of potatoes Peel and mash Put in the same bowl with fish add salt, pepper. lemon juice, Chopped onion, Chopped Green  and  Red  Bell peppers Mix everything well make patties of any shape any size to stir fry Enjoy with Rice / Bread  of your choice Make Sandwiches / Rolls / Take just as snacks with Salad Choices are yours
