  Take a pot with oil put it on higher than medium flame add chopped Onion Garlic, Ginger Stir, add Peas, Spinach Broccoli, Sliced Red, Green Orange Bell peppers Stir, add Pasta sauce Soy sauce, Vinegar Stir, add Boiled  Spaghetti Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Hot sauce to taste Mix everything add Cherry tomatoes Sprinkle Chopped Green Onions It is done Enjoy

  Cut Salad, Slice Cabbage put in a big bowl add Cherry Tomatoes Apple Squares Baby Spinach Croutons Broccoli, Sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers Sprinkle Olive oil Vinegar, Salt, Pepper Pinch of Sugar Mayo Mix well It is ready to enjoy

  Put Frying pan with oil on higher than  medium flame add Chopped Onion Stir add chopped tomatoes Red, Yellow, Orange and Green Bell Peppers Chopped Spinach Sprinkle Salt Pepper Stir, whisk couple of Eggs No salt no pepper Spread on the Veggies in Frying pan Sprinkle Crushed  Red Peppers to taste Flip, It is done  Enjoy with  Bread of your choice Ketchup and Fries

  Take big pot with oil put it on medium flame add chopped garlic Ginger, onion Stir add Boneless chicken small pieces, stir add chopped tomatoes Chili sauce to taste Salt, Pepper Cover the pot Leave for couple  of minutes  add peas, cabbage Broccoli   boiled pasta Sliced Red, Green Yellow Bell Peppers Soy sauce Leave for couple  of minutes  Stir to mix It is done Enjoy

Fish Burger

  Open fish can  Tuna / Salmon your choice Drain off liquid Put fish in a bowl add chopped onion Parsley, Salt, Pepper Drops of Lemon Juice Crushed red Chili / Hot sauce to taste  Mayonnaise  Mix everything Spread on Buns / Slice Put Salad leaf  in between  Burgers It will be quick and tasty Enjoy with salad / Ketchup Fries

Beef Patties

  Chop Parsley, Mint  Garlic  add in ground beef sprinkle salt, pepper, Oil add yogurt mix everything make Patties of any shape / size  your choice Fry or bake Cover dish with foil bake at 450 for  20 minutes take cover off sprinkle oil bake 10 more minutes Don't let it dry out enjoy with Salad  Sauce / Ketchup

  Cut Potatoes  Sweet potatoes Microwave and  Broil in oven Spread salad leaves  in a Bowl, add potatoes Sweet potatoes Sprinkle olive oil Vinegar, Salt, Pepper Chopped Carrot Sliced Bell Peppers Toss to mix  On top to garnish Cherry tomatoes Nuts and sliced Boiled eggs Sprinkle  Salt and Pepper Enjoy  

Chicken Curry

  Take chicken breast pieces  in a bowl, add Garlic paste Oil, yogurt, salt and pepper Mix everything well Leave for sometime  on room temperature  Take a pot with oil Put it on higher than  medium flame add chopped Onion let it be light brown add tomato paste Cover the pot after couple of minutes add chicken Sprinkle oil Hot sauce to taste Leave for some time Stir and cover the pot Leave to cook Stir and check the chicken Cover again if not done Garnish with Mint / Parsley Enjoy with Rice / bread  of your choice

Pepper Soya Sauce  Hot Sauce to taste oil, stir Sprinkle  Parmesan Cheese Chopped Basil Stir to mix It is done Enjoy

Bread Slice with Spinach

 Take bread slice  Spread Chopped Spinach Chopped Olives and  Chopped Cherry tomatoes Top up with  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Toast at 375 for couple of  minutes It is done Enjoy with Ketchup It is quick and healthy Snack

Veggies Fried Rice

  Take rice wash and rinse put it in a pot  add oil, Veggies fresh or frozen Salt, pepper, red chili powder  to taste Cinnamon small stick add water to cook Put the pot on high flame Stir, don't cover the pot leave for 10 minutes stir once a while Check the water lower the flame to higher than medium  if  rice nearly done Sprinkle Vinegar cover the pot  leave for couple of minutes to cook properly Enjoy with yogurt / ketchup chicken/ meat your choice
