Chicken in Pan

  Take Chicken Breasts Make enough cuts Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Get the Breasts coated well with Flour Take a frying pan with some oil Put it on medium flame Spread the coated Breasts Leave for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for couple  of more minutes Don't take the Breasts out  Put some oil in the center of the pan Add Crushed Garlic Soya Sauce, Honey and Vinegar  Stir for couple of minutes Don't take the Breasts out  Let it cook and be soaked  in the mixture for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for two minutes It is done  Garnish with Chopped Parsley / Mint / Herb of your choice Enjoy 

Fruit Tortilla Wraps

  Take Tortilla  Cut a slit from edge to the center give a coating of Chocolate Hazelnut spread arrange sliced Banana and Strawberries Spread Jam on top Fold it into Triangle shape Stir fry on Medium flame Flip for couple of minutes  to get crispy and color  Delicious for breakfast and for evening tea Enjoy

Potato Egg Omelette

  Take couple of potatoes  Peel and shred Chop onion, Parsley, Green and Red Bell Peppers Take couple of Eggs Blend in a bowl add to mix everything well Add pinch of Salt and pepper and  Couple of spoons of  Corn Flour to give binding  Red Chili powder to taste Mix everything well Take a pan with some oil Put it on medium flame Transfer the content from the Bowl Cook on Low to Medium Flame for couple of minutes Flip  Leave for couple of minutes Sprinkle Shredded  Mozzarella Cheese  Flip  It is done Enjoy with any Bread  of your choice

Baked Fish Simple Recipe

  Take Salmon or any fish  of your choice  Sprinkle Lemon juice, Oil,  Salt and Pepper Put it in a baking dish Sprinkle water so that it will be juicy after Put the dish to bake at 375  for 20 minutes Don't cover  Leave it open It will give color

Chicken Roast

  Take chicken legs with cut marks put in big pot add couple of Table spoon of vinegar sprinkle salt add water to dip the chicken Leave for 10 to 15 minutes Drain the water  Take ginger garlic paste in another bowl  add couple of spoon of Tomato ketchup, Chili sauce, Soya sauce, Cooking oil, Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper Mix everything well Dip the chicken legs to marinate Arrange the leg pieces in baking tray Spread Lemon Slices and sliced Ginger Sprinkle oil Cover with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take cover off  Bake for 10 more minutes It is done Enjoy with Fries /  Garlic Bread / Rice Choices are yours

Egg Potato Special Bread

  Take chopped onion, tomatoes,  Red and Green Bell Peppers Put all that in a bowl  add chopped Parsley and Eggs Microwave couple of potatoes peel and mash  add to the bowl Put some cooking oil,  salt, pepper, red chili powder add Plain flour  and water  Mix everything well into paste  not too thick Take a frying pan  Glaze with cooking oil Put it on medium flame Take a big spoon to Put the mixture in the pan Spread like an  Omelet leave to cook on  Medium flame Flip and spread  few drops  of oil to give  color and taste Leave for couple of more minutes to cook the other side It is done Healthy and Tasty  Enjoy with sauce /  Ketchup Choices are yours

Lemon Chicken

  Take a pot with some oil  put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic, Ginger and chicken pieces Higher the flame a bit Stir for couple of minutes add Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Cinnamon and  Yogurt Cover the pot  leave  for 10 minutes Add Lemon slices  Cover and leave for  Five more minutes It is done Enjoy with Rice or  Bread of your choice

Roasted Veggies

  Take a bowl with some cooking oil add cut pieces of Carrots, Cauliflower,  Red Onion, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts,  Chopped Tomatoes, Red, Yellow, Orange and  Green Bell Peppers Sprinkle Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, Lemon juice, Few drops of oil and Crushed Red Chili Toss to mix everything well Transfer everything to baking tray Roast at 400 for 15 minutes  toss and leave for 10 more minutes It will be tasty and healthy Enjoy with Pasta / Noodles/ Rice / Garlic Bread Choice is yours

  Take a Bowl Put some corn flour, salt pepper. Yogurt,  Some cooking oil Red chili powder to taste Mix everything well add water to make it  like a pate Put big fish pieces into the bowl to wrap in the coating take some corn flour  in a plate No water added Now put the coated fish pieces  in the plate  to give extra coating Take some oil in a frying pan Put it on high heat after couple of minutes  lower the flame and Start putting the pieces to  Deep fry  It will be Tasty and Golden  Enjoy with Salad  Sauce of your choice /  Ketchup  Fries / Garlic Bread Choices are yours

Baked Veggie Pasta

  Take a pan with some olive oil put the pan on medium flame add chopped onion, thick slices of Zucchini and Egg plant Stir and add crushed garlic  and chopped tomatoes, Spinach leaves,  thick chopped pieces of Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers Stir and add  shredded Cheddar cheese salt, pepper, hot sauce  to taste and Basil Stir to mix everything Take a baking dish sprinkle oil Spread  precooked  drained pasta Spread the content  from the pan into the baking dish  spread  pasta sauce, Shredded  Mozzarella cheese sprinkle salt  and pepper Cover the dish with foil bake at 400 for 10 minutes   take the cover off bake for 5 more minutes Broil for 1 to 2 minute It is done Enjoy

Baked Salmon with Potatoes

  Take a baking tray  sprinkle cooking oil  spread  big pieces of Salmon and baby potatoes  or cut pieces  of potatoes Squeeze lemon juice sprinkle salt, pepper,  and cooking oil  Cover the dish with foil put in oven  at 450 for 10 minutes Check potatoes  to make sure if done if not take fish out  cover the dish and  put in oven for  10 more minutes Take a big bowl  with olive oil add vinegar, sugar  and  mustard mix well  Add the baked potato pieces sprinkle salt and pepper stir to mix Add Mayonnaise,  Spring onion,  Celery,  Red and Green  chopped Bell Peppers  Sprinkle lemon juice mix everything add the pieces  of baked fish and sprinkle  parsley on top It is done enjoy with Rice / Pasta or  Bread of your choice  to make Rolls /  Sandwiches

  Put pan on medium flame sprinkle cooking oil add chopped garlic,  stir and add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes stir and add chopped tomatoes leave for couple of minutes add ground chicken  stir and leave for  couple of minutes add salt, pepper and  soya sauce, hot sauce  to taste stir and leave  for couple of minutes add chopped spinach cover the pot leave  for 5 minutes add precooked pasta sprinkle salt, pepper, shredded Mozzarella  and  Cheddar cheese stir and leave  to melt it down Sprinkle chopped green onion and mint leaves mix everything  It is done enjoy

  Open fish can, drain the liquid  put the rest in a bowl,  add corn flour, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili to taste,  fresh lemon juice few drops, few drops of cooking oil,  chopped green Bell pepper.  chopped mint or parsley.  bread crumbs,  you can use bread slice  instead of crumbs. mix everything well to make  sort of dough Make patties of any shape / size take some bread crumbs in a plate no water added wrap the patties into crumbs  Stir fry it will be crunchy and tasty Enjoy with salad and  sauce of your choice with rice / bread Make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours

Chicken Nuggets

  Take ground chicken in a bowl  add salt, pepper, minced garlic and ginger Lemon juice few drops,  Chopped Green Bell peppers, Corn flour, few drops of cooking oil Mix everything well Take another bowl with some white flour add pinch of salt and some water Mix well to make a paste Not so thick, not so watery Take some bread crumbs  in a plate Make Nuggets of any shape / size of the mixed ground chicken paste Dip Nuggets in bread crumbs  to get it coated  After that dip in white flour Paste  to get a coating of that too Stir Fry It will be crispy, golden and tasty  Enjoy with Salad Ketchup / any Sauce of your choice

  Take Ground Beef in a bowl add Bread Crumbs,  Crushed Garlic Ginger Salt and Pepper Oregano Cumin Seeds powder Red chili powder to taste one egg Mix everything well Make Patties of any size /  any shape you like  Stir fry make Sandwiches / Rolls Enjoy with Salad and Dressings

  Take boiled Boneless chicken pieces  in a bowl add chopped garlic and ginger  salt, pepper, crushed red chili to taste, Lemon juice,  Crushed tomatoes, Sprinkle sugar and cooking oil Mix everything well Take a pot with some oil put it on stove at high flame Put the contents from the bowl Add sliced carrot, sliced red,  green,  orange and red Bell peppers,  sliced onion and red chili sauce Keep stirring,  don't lower the flame  Stir to mix everything Cover the pot, leave for  couple of minutes to get all flavors mixed It is done Tasty and full of nutrition Enjoy with Rice / Bread /  Pasta/ Noodles Choices are yours

Take a pot with some  cooking oil Put it on medium flame add chopped onion let it be slightly golden add cumin seed, couple  of  black peppers and  one  whole red chili to add up flavor add chopped tomatoes, cut potatoes and chopped spinach Sprinkle salt and  red chili powder and cooking oil No water added cover the pot and leave on medium flame for  15 minutes Stir, check potatoes if done spread shredded Mozzarella cheese Don't cover the pot leave on stove for  couple  of  minutes to cheese get  melted and be tasty Dish is ready enjoy with rice or  bread  of your choice make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours
