Take boiled Boneless chicken pieces 
in a bowl
add chopped garlic and ginger 
salt, pepper, crushed red chili to taste,

Lemon juice, 
Crushed tomatoes,
Sprinkle sugar and cooking oil
Mix everything well

Take a pot with some oil
put it on stove at high flame
Put the contents from the bowl

Add sliced carrot, sliced red, 
green, orange and red Bell peppers, 
sliced onion and red chili sauce

Keep stirring, 
don't lower the flame 
Stir to mix everything

Cover the pot, leave for 
couple of minutes
to get all flavors mixed

It is done
Tasty and full of nutrition
Enjoy with Rice / Bread / 
Pasta/ Noodles
