Baked Chicken with Veggies

  Put chicken Pieces in a bowl  add Soya Sauce, Hot Sauce,  Salt and Pepper Sprinkle Oil Mix well Put the Chicken in Baking tray  Cover with foil  Bake at 450 for 10 minutes Take foil off Spread on the chicken  Chopped Onion, Spinach, Broccoli, Red / Green Bell Peppers Potatoes  in small cubes Sprinkle oil, Salt and Pepper Cover the tray Bake at 450 for 5 to 8 minutes Broil for 2 minutes It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Pasta Spaghetti / Noodles / Bread of your choice

Take a Big Pot with  Some cooking oil Put it on high flame add chopped Garlic and Ginger  Stir, add chopped Carrot, Peas,  Sliced Potatoes and Chopped Green Bell Pepper Sprinkle salt Keep Flame High Stir for couple of minutes Add Chopped Cabbage Stir and add Boiled Rice Sprinkle Soya Sauce, Salt, Pepper,  Cooking Oil -- Stir Sprinkle Vinegar  -- Stir Leave for couple of minutes Stir It is done Enjoy

Chicken with Veggies

  Take Boneless chicken strips  in a bowl add Garlic Ginger paste and Soya Sauce Sprinkle Corn Starch Mix everything well  Leave chicken to  Marinate for  Couple of minutes Cut Onion, Broccoli, Carrot,  Red, Green Bell Peppers and Baby Corn Put Veggies in a Bowl Take a Pan with some Cooking oil Put it on medium Flame  add Chicken pieces Cover the pan leave for couple of minutes Flip the pieces Leave for couple of more minutes Take chicken pieces out in a Big plate Now put the Cut Veggies in the same pan on Medium heat Stir and leave for couple of minutes Don't cover the pan Stir and add the chicken pieces  Stir to mix Take a bowl put Soya Sauce,  Water, Sugar, Vinegar, and Corn Starch  Stir to mix well Add to the pan to  Chicken and Veggies Sprinkle oil Stir and leave for  Couple  of minutes Don't cover the pan Stir to mix well It is done Enjoy with Rice / Noodles Pasta or anything you like Quick and full of Nutrition Reci...

Bread Pudding Recipe

  Take Homo milk in a bowl add sugar and couple of eggs Whisk to blend well Take a baking dish Spread toasted bread slices of any shapes / any sizes Spread content of the bowl  on tray to soak and dip the slices  spread Condensed milk on top to add fullness and taste Spread  Chopped Walnuts / Almonds Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes Don't have to cover the tray It will give color Keep track Don't let it dry Has to be a bit Creamy It is done  Enjoy

  Take a Frying pan Wipe with Butter to Grease Sprinkle sugar  Spread apple slices Crack couple of eggs in a bowl add sugar, few drops of oil and milk Whip to mix Add flour, pinch of baking powder and few drops of vinegar mix everything well Put the frying pan on low heat Spread the mixture from the bowl on the apple slices in frying pan Cover and leave for  15 to 20 minutes Flip, take off the cover  leave  for 5 more minutes Sprinkle Icing sugar and Cinnamon powder  It is done Enjoy with Coffee / Tea Choice is yours

Burritos Veggies Beef Wraps

  Take some potatoes wash,  peel and  Microwave  Take a bowl  Mash the potatoes in a bowl You can do with fork Don't have to do it into fine paste Add pre boiled ground Beef Take a Pan to  Stir Fry sliced Red, Yellow, Orange  and Green  Bell Peppers,  Zucchini  and Onion Spread Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar  Cheese in the pan Stir to mix everything  Whisk couple of eggs and milk Scramble in a pan Add everything to the bowl Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Hot Sauce  to taste Spread Burritos on a baking pan or on Foil Heat in oven for couple of seconds at 350 Now Take Mixture from  the Bowl Spread on Burritos to make a Wrap It will be Tasty, Healthy and complete Dish Enjoy with any Sauce and Drink of your Choice

Zinger Chicken Burger

  Take chicken breast pieces wash and dip into vinegar  leave for couple of minutes Sprinkle Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Salt and Pepper Mix everything well to give good Coating of  spices to chicken pieces  Leave for couple of minutes  To marinate Take All Purpose Flour in a pan Press the chicken pieces to get  good coating of the flour Shake the pieces to remove  the extra flour Fry to cook and to give Golden color It is done Make Burgers / Rolls with Shredded Cabbage / Salad Tomato,  Mayonnaise  and Ketchup Enjoy

  Take a pan with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic stir - add chopped Onion stir -- leave for couple of minutes add Ground Beef Keep stirring for couple of minutes Sprinkle salt, Pepper and Parsley Stir --  add Pasta Sauce and Tomato Paste Stir --- transfer in Baking Dish  Cover with foil  Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take off the foil  Cook for 20 minutes more It will give color and taste It is done  You can sprinkle  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese  on top and Bake for 5 more minutes Enjoy with Noodles / Pasta Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

  Take a pot to boil chicken pieces doesn't matter with bone or boneless Drain the broth in a bowl to add later in the  soup Shred the  chicken pieces keep it separate Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, garlic, Celery  and Carrot add water higher the flame  to let it boil add the Broth add uncooked pasta  after couple of minutes lower the flame  to medium leave for couple of minutes add the Shredded  chicken pieces sprinkle salt and pepper leave for couple of minutes it is done Sprinkle chopped  Parsley and Green onion Enjoy

  Slice Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell peppers, Carrots and Cabbage Take a big Pot with  few drops of cooking oil Put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic and Onion Stir and after couple of minutes add the sliced carrots, cabbage,  Bell peppers and chopped Green onions sprinkle Sugar stir and after couple of minutes add the pre boiled Noodles Sprinkle salt, Black pepper, Soya sauce, Chili sauce and chopped Green onions Stir and after couple of minutes Sprinkle Vinegar Stir  to mix everything well It is done Garnish with chopped  Green onions and Tomatoes Enjoy

Fried Fish

  Take a Bowl Put some corn flour, salt pepper. Yogurt,  Some cooking oil Red chili powder to taste Mix everything well add water to make it  like a pate Put big fish pieces into the bowl to wrap in the coating take some corn flour  in a plate No water added Now put the coated fish pieces  in the plate  to give extra coating Take some oil in a frying pan Put it on high heat after couple of minutes  lower the flame and Start putting the pieces to  Deep fry  It will be Tasty and Golden  Enjoy with Salad  Sauce of your choice /  Ketchup  Fries / Garlic Bread Choices are yours

  Open chick peas can, drain  wash well under tap  water Put it in a bowl Crush with fork Now Take a Frying pan with  some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, chopped  Garlic, green onion and crushed chic peas stir and add Sliced Carrots and chopped Broccoli Stir  and add corn  Stir  and  preboiled rice, Soya sauce, salt, pepper and Hot sauce to taste Stir to mix everything It is done Enjoy

  Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped Garlic stir and add  sliced Mushrooms after couple of minutes stir,  add cream cheese and Milk Skim or Homo  milk  your choice Stir to mix it will be like a creamy sauce Add precooked pasta and Spinach Mix well Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Basil and  Parsley After couple of minutes  Stir and  sprinkle  Salt and pepper and Crushed red chili  to taste Stir to mix  It is done now  Enjoy
