Veggie Fried Rice

 





Open chick peas can, drain 

wash well under tap water

Put it in a bowl

Crush with fork

Now Take a Frying pan with 

some cooking oil

put it on medium flame

add chopped onion, chopped 

Garlic, green onion

and crushed chic peas

stir and add Sliced

Carrots and chopped Broccoli

Stir and add corn 

Stir and preboiled rice,

Soya sauce, salt, pepper

and Hot sauce to taste

Stir to mix everything

It is done
