  Take a big pan with oil put it on higher than medium flame add chopped onion stir add chopped garlic shredded Carrots Stir add sliced Green Bell Peppers and Shredded Cabbage  Stir well Add boiled drained Noodles Sprinkle oil, Vinegar, Soya Sauce Hot sauce to taste Salt and Pepper stir Break couple of eggs blend with fork  add to the pan Stir well to mix everything Sprinkle chopped Parsley It is ready Enjoy

Mushroom Veggie Omelet

  Put frying pan with some oil  on medium heat Cut mushrooms, Spread on the pan Stir, add Chopped Onion, Tomatoes, Green and Red Bell pepper, Stir Blend couple of eggs Spread on the pan Sprinkle Salt and Pepper leave pan for couple of minutes on slow heat  to cook Flip, leave for two minute It is done Enjoy with Bread of your choice

  Take a bowl with yogurt, Oil, Tomato paste, Salt, Pepper and Red Chili Powder To taste Mix everything Take a Baking dish Sprinkle oil Spread Boneless Chicken Pieces / Strips Prick the pieces with fork Sprinkle oil  Spread the Mixture from the Bowl on each side of the Chicken Pieces Sprinkle Crushed Red Chili to taste Sprinkle Oil Cover with Foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Don't take off the foil Bake for 10 more minutes at 500 It is done Enjoy with Sauce / Salad / Baked Potatoes Rice / Bread / Pasta / Choices are Yours

Beef Burgers Quick Ones

  Take ground beef  Make Patties of any size / any shape Sprinkle salt and pepper  on either side Take a frying pan with some oil Put it on medium flame Put the Patties in Leave for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for  Couple of more minutes Put Cheddar Cheese slices on top let it melt down Take the Patties out  Put Buns on a plate  Spread Mayo,  Ketchup and Mustard Put the Patties Top it with Red Onion slices  Tomatoes and Salad  Burger is ready to enjoy

  Take Homo milk in a bowl add sugar and couple of eggs Whisk to blend well Take a baking dish Spread toasted bread slices of any shapes / any sizes Spread content of the bowl  on tray to soak and dip the slices  spread Condensed milk on top to add fullness and taste Spread  Chopped Walnuts / Almonds Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes Don't have to cover the tray It will give color Keep track Don't let it dry Has to be a bit Creamy It is done  Enjoy

  Take some potatoes wash,  peel and  Microwave  Take a bowl  Mash the potatoes in a bowl You can do with fork Don't have to do it into fine paste Add pre boiled ground Beef Take a Pan to  Stir Fry sliced Red, Yellow, Orange  and Green  Bell Peppers,  Zucchini  and Onion Spread Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar  Cheese in the pan Stir to mix everything  Whisk couple of eggs and milk Scramble in a pan Add everything to the bowl Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Hot Sauce  to taste Spread Burritos on a baking pan or on Foil Heat in oven for couple of seconds at 350 Now Take Mixture from  the Bowl Spread on Burritos to make a Wrap It will be Tasty, Healthy and complete Dish Enjoy with any Sauce and Drink of your Choice

  Take a pot to boil chicken pieces doesn't matter with bone or boneless Drain the broth in a bowl to add later in the  soup Shred the  chicken pieces keep it separate Take a pot with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, garlic, Celery  and Carrot add water higher the flame  to let it boil add the Broth add uncooked pasta  after couple of minutes lower the flame  to medium leave for couple of minutes add the Shredded  chicken pieces sprinkle salt and pepper leave for couple of minutes it is done Sprinkle chopped  Parsley and Green onion Enjoy

  Open chick peas can, drain  wash well under tap  water Put it in a bowl Crush with fork Now Take a Frying pan with  some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, chopped  Garlic, green onion and crushed chic peas stir and add Sliced Carrots and chopped Broccoli Stir  and add corn  Stir  and  preboiled rice, Soya sauce, salt, pepper and Hot sauce to taste Stir to mix everything It is done Enjoy
