Burritos Veggies Beef Wraps

 



Take some potatoes wash, 

peel and Microwave 

Take a bowl 

Mash the potatoes in a bowl

You can do with fork

Don't have to do it into fine paste

Add pre boiled ground Beef


Take a Pan to 

Stir Fry sliced Red, Yellow, Orange 

and Green Bell Peppers, 

Zucchini and Onion

Spread Shredded Mozzarella and 

Cheddar Cheese in the pan

Stir to mix everything 


Whisk couple of eggs and milk

Scramble in a pan


Add everything to the bowl

Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and 

Hot Sauce to taste

Spread Burritos on a baking pan

or on Foil

Heat in oven for couple of seconds

at 350

Now Take Mixture from 

the Bowl

Spread on Burritos

to make a Wrap

It will be Tasty, Healthy

and complete Dish

Enjoy with any Sauce and Drink

of your Choice
