Mash Potatoes with Ground Beef

Wash potatoes and cut into big pieces Put it into any glass bowl, cover with plate Don't use plastics Microwave for 5 minutes Let it cool down  Peel the potatoes  Mash with fork / spoon Add salt, pepper, crushed and  red chili powder, sliced Green /Red /yellow Bell peppers Chopped tomatoes Precooked Ground Beef Mix everything well It is ready now Take Bread of your choice make Sandwiches / Rolls / Enjoy with Rice/ Macaroni / Noodles

Fried Rice with Chic Peas

Take some cooking oil in a pot  Put it on medium flame add cumin seeds, couple of  whole  Black peppers and one whole red chili Stir and add chopped onion, chopped garlic, ginger and chopped tomatoes Cover the pot, leave for 5 minutes on medium heat Open Chic peas can, drain out the water, add chic peas to the pot  wash the rice and add in the pot Now add water too It has to be around one and half volume of the quantity of rice. I mean if rice is one cup then add water  one and half cup Add salt and red chili powder to taste Cover the pot and leave on full flame for 5 minutes  stir and lower the heat to medium leave for 10 minutes Add one whole green pepper sprinkle oil, just few drops sprinkle one table spoon of vinegar Cover the pot further lower the flame leave for 5 minutes It is done Enjoy with Salad yogurt / ketchup / with hot sauce

Stir Fried Eggplant

Take a pot with some cooking oil  Put it on medium flame add some chopped onion leave for couple of minutes stir and add cumin seeds, couple of whole black peppers, chopped garlic, ginger, and one whole red pepper Add chopped tomatoes and chopped Eggplant Sprinkle salt and some oil on top No water added Cover the pot leave for 15 minutes on medium flame Stir and leave on medium flame for 10 more minutes It is done now enjoy  with Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Enjoy with Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Choices are yours my Dear

Baked Potatoes with Spinach

Wash spinach well cut and spread in the baking dish  sprinkle cooking oil salt, pepper, crushed red chili chopped onion,  chopped garlic and ginger Add cut big pieces of potatoes Spread chopped tomatoes sprinkle salt and pepper sprinkle oil on top No water added Cover the dish with foil bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take the foil off leave for 10 more minutes It is done  Enjoy with bread of your choice / Rice / pasta / macaroni  Make rolls / sandwiches

Stir Fried Potatoes with Cauliflower

Take a pot with some cooking oil  Put it on medium flame on stove add Chopped Onion Cover the pot for couple of minutes Let onion to be yellowish Add Cumin Seeds,  Couple of Black Peppers Couple of Whole Red Chili Chopped Tomatoes Cut Potatoes Chopped Cauliflower Sprinkle salt and some cooking oil Cover and leave Pot for 10 minutes Stir  and add  Sliced Red / Green / Yellow Bell Pepper This will add color and Flavor Leave for couple of minutes It is done  Enjoy with Bread / Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Make Sandwiches / Rolls

Roasted Chicken

Take the Roasting bag Put some chicken pieces into the bag you can take boneless chicken, wings, or legs Now add onion cut pieces couple of whole fresh garlic cloves few drops of oil sprinkle some salt Add Rosemary  to give extra flavor If you like hot  sprinkle some red chili powder or crushed chili Tie up  the Roasting bag  and put it in oven at 400 C for 30 minutes Take the chicken pieces out of bag and put it on foil don't cover or fold put it in the oven at 400 for  8 to 10 more minutes to dry up the extra liquid and to give color It is done Enjoy with bread of your choice / Rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches / enjoy with Fries / Garlic bread

Stir Fried Eggplant

Take eggplants of any shape  any size Make long cuts into four  if it is of big size make more cuts keep the head intact Now in the pot put some oil with cumin seeds,  couple of whole black peppers one whole red pepper Put the pot on medium heat after couple of minutes add the eggplant, couple of spoons of yogurt, salt and red chili powder Stir to Mix  No water added Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes stir and add some chopped Parsley or  Mint /  Dill.   One whole Green Pepper Anything green to give color It is done now enjoy with  Bread of your choice / Rice Mix in Pasta / Macaroni Sandwiches / Rolls Choices are yours My Dear

Stir Fried Zucchini

Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add cumin seeds, one whole red chili and couple of whole black peppers Stir and add chopped onion wait till it gets yellowish Now add chopped zucchini add salt and crushed red chili No water added Cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes stir once a while Now add chopped tomatoes few drops of fresh lemon juice whole green pepper and fresh mint leaves Cover the pot and Leave for 5 minutes It is done now enjoy  with rice / make Rolls / Sandwiches with bread of your choice.

Beef Patties

Take a bowl put some ground beef add chopped onion, chopped garlic and ginger Chopped tomatoes, chopped green bell pepper couple of tea spoons yogurt, some cooking oil Salt, pepper and crushed chili, chopped parsley to give color and flavor. Mix everything well and leave it in the fridge  for overnight or  for sometime to marinate so Patties will be soft if you have no time just leave it Make patties of any shape and size put in glass baking tray, cover with foil Bake for 20 minutes at 450 Now take cover off and bake for 20 more minutes at same temperature It is done now  Enjoy with rice or  bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Macaroni with Veggies

Boil Macaroni with a bit oil and  pinch of salt Take out in a bowl Now take a big pot with some oil  put it on medium flame Add shredded carrot, pieces of Broccoli, Sliced red, green, orange and  yellow  Bell peppers and Chopped tomatoes You can also add precooked  meat slices  or ground beef add salt, pepper and  crushed red chili Now stir fry everything and add the boiled  Broccoli in the pot Stir and mix everything  It is done now enjoy Instead of Broccoli, you can add  precooked Rice / Pasta Or don't add anything just have it separately with Rice / Pasta  Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours my Dear

Meat with Veggies

Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium flame add meat with bones, chopped onion,  chopped tomatoes chopped garlic and ginger  salt and couple of whole black peppers  couple of whole red chili Cover the pot leave for half an hour  after that add cut pieces of carrot Broccoli and Cauliflower Stir and leave the pot for 10 minutes on medium flame It is done now enjoy with rice / pasta / macaroni  or with bread of your choic e.

Ground beef with onion

Take a pot with some cooking oil now add some ground beef in the pot and put it on medium flame add chopped onion chopped garlic and ginger chopped tomatoes add salt and couple of whole black peppers and some whole red chili to taste Cover the pot don't add any water Leave the pot for 30 minutes Now  mix everything with spoon You can add some chopped Parsley and bell peppers if you want Leave the pot for 5 to 10 more minutes It is done now Enjoy with rice or with pasta / macaroni Make Sandwiches or Rolls Choices are yours

Pasta with Veggies

Take zucchini, you don't have to peel just slice and stir fry now take egg plant slice and stir fry too Take a pot with some oil put it on medium flame add boiled Macaroni / Pasta add tomato sauce add hot sauce, salt and pepper  if you like hot add crushed red chili Add sliced green, red, orange and red bell pepper chopped green onion now add the fried egg plant and zucchini If you want add precooked meat / chicken  strips or precooked ground beef Add Mozzarella / Cheddar cheese mix everything  Turn off the flame It is ready to eat and enjoy

Baked Ground Beef

Take baking dish Grease with cooking oil Take a bowl Put some ground beef add ginger garlic paste chopped onion chopped tomatoes Chopped green Bell peppers add Yogurt and also  some cooking oil Mix everything with spoon you can use washed hands Best tools we have Put the mixture in the baking dish Cover with foil put it in oven for 450 C for 20 minutes Now bake for 20 minutes at the same temp without foil Keep track of the water in the dish There has to be some curry  I mean not too dry when done It is done now You can enjoy with bread of your choice make rolls or sandwiches Enjoy with Rice or with pasta and noodles

Mash Potatoes

Take some potatoes wash properly  If potatoes are big cut into two or four pieces Microwave for 5 minutes Don't do it in plastic bag Use glass bowl put any plate to cover  the bowl Peel the potatoes after a bit cool down Now put in plastic bag  use spoon or roller to mash the potatoes Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add some chopped onion Leave for couple of minutes let the color turn to yellowish Add some cumin seeds whole black pepper one whole red chili  to give aroma add  chopped tomatoes to give color Now add mashed potatoes in the pot cover the pot for 5 minutes stir and add cut green chili chopped parsley  It will give color / flavor and add taste Add chopped Green, red, yellow and orange Bell peppers It will give color / flavor and add taste Stir and leave for couple of minutes It is done now Make Sandwiches / Rolls  take it with pasta / rice or with big salad...

Meatball curry

For Meat balls  Take ground meat in a bowl  mix some ginger  and garlic paste  salt and pepper red chili powder yogurt cooking oil to give softness to balls mix everything make balls with spoon  or using hands whatever you like  Leave the balls  to use it after making curry For curry Take a pot with some cooking oil  add chopped onion  put it on medium flame Leave for couple of minutes and let onion to turn yellowish add couple of whole black pepper one whole red chili quarter tea spoon of cumin seeds you don't have to measure exact amount doesn't matter Now add chopped tomatoes some garlic and ginger paste tomato paste to give color one table spoon yogurt Salt and Red chili powder  No water added just cover the pot flame still medium Leave for 20 to 25 minutes Stir and now add the meat balls no water added Leave for 30 to 40 minutes on medium flame don't add water It is done now there ...
