I mean if rice is one cup then add water one and half cup Add salt and red chili powder to taste Cover the pot and leave on full flame for 5 minutes stir and lower the heat to medium leave for 10 minutes Add one whole green pepper sprinkle oil, just few drops sprinkle one table spoon of vinegar Cover the pot further lower the flame leave for 5 minutes It is done Enjoy with Salad yogurt / ketchup / with hot sauce
