Meatball curry
Take ground meat
in a bowl mix some ginger
and garlic paste
salt and pepper
red chili powder
yogurt
cooking oil
to give softness to balls
mix everything
make balls with spoon
or using hands
whatever you like
Leave the balls
to use it after making curry
For curry
Take a pot with some cooking oil
add chopped onion
put it on medium flame
Leave for couple of minutes
and let onion to turn yellowish
add couple of whole black pepper
one whole red chili
quarter tea spoon of cumin seeds
you don't have to measure
exact amount doesn't matter
Now add chopped tomatoes
some garlic and ginger paste
tomato paste to give color
one table spoon yogurt
Salt and
Red chili powder
No water added
just cover the pot
flame still medium
Leave for 20 to 25 minutes
Stir and now add the meat balls
no water added
Leave for 30 to 40 minutes
on medium flame
don't add water
It is done now
there will be some juice in the pot
But for more curry
you can add water and leave the pot
for 15 more minutes on medium flame
It is ready now enjoy
with rice / pasta or
bread of your choice
