  Put a Frying pan with some oil on medium heat Add chopped Garlic, stir Spread small pieces of  Potatoes Baby Carrots, Baby Corns, Mushrooms Sliced Cabbage and Broccoli  Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Hot Sauce to Taste Stir for a while Spread Chopped Red, Yellow and  Green Bell Peppers Parsley and Parmesan Cheese on Top Sprinkle Garlic Salt Stir, It is done Healthy and Tasty Enjoy

Tuna Sandwiches

  Open Flaked Tuna cans drain  Put in a Bowl add couple of TBs of Mayonnaise  Mix and add Chopped  Dill, Onion and Iceberg Lettuce Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Chili powder to taste Mix everything well Take Bread slices of your choice Make Sandwiches and Enjoy

  Take a Baking Tray Transparent will be better Give a great look to the Desert Cut Grapes green and Red Apples, Pear, Banana, Strawberries Mix the fruits and  Spread in the dish Take a Bowl  with some cold Homo milk add Custard Powder Stir to Blend Take a pot with milk Put it on medium flame Let it boil  add slowly the content from the Bowl Keep stirring Let it to be cooked for couple of minutes Add sugar to taste Stir and leave to get it be slightly thickened It is done Let it cool on room temperature Spread in the Tray on top of cut fruits Spread cream on top Put it in the Fridge for some time It will Taste better It will be Delicious and Healthy Enjoy

  Take Tortilla  Cut a slit from edge to the center give a coating of Chocolate Hazelnut spread arrange sliced Banana and Strawberries Spread Jam on top Fold it into Triangle shape Stir fry on Medium flame Flip for couple of minutes  to get crispy and color  Delicious for breakfast and for evening tea Enjoy

  Peel and Crush couple of potatoes Add salt, pepper, chopped Parsley Sprinkle Hot Sauce to taste Mix everything Stir fry for couple of minutes On Medium flame Take bread slices Spread this mixture on slices Make Sandwiches Take all purpose flour in a bowl add couple spoons of Corn Flour Water not much Just to make a paste Salt and pepper  Mix well Take Bread Crumb in a plate Now dip the Sandwiches in the Bowl After that wrap in Bread Crumb Stir fry It will be Delicious Enjoy

Cut potato in cubes Put it in a baking tray Cut Meat pieces add in the tray Cut Onions and Tomatoes Put in the tray Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic Sprinkle Oil, Chopped Parsley Salt and Pepper Red Chili powder to taste Mix everything Cover with foil Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take the cover off Spread Shredded Mozzarella cheese Put the tray back in oven to Melt down the Cheese It is done Enjoy

  Take Shredded Cabbage  in a big bowl Add boiling water leave for 5 minutes Drain Break Couple of eggs in a bowl  Add Cream Cheese Pinch of salt Blend with Fork Take a Frying pan with Oil Put it on low heat Spread Cabbage On top Spread the egg mixture Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes Flip to cook the Other Side Spread on top  Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella cheese Cover to cook for 5 more minutes It is done Enjoy with Bread of your choice

  Take a pot with cooking oil  put it on medium heat Cut bread slices into pieces  Size of your choice Fry these pieces Take another pot with sugar  add water put the pot on stove to melt sugar down leave for couple of minutes to get a bit ropiness now add the fried pieces Stir and leave for couple of minutes To mix properly It is ready Dish out  Garnish with Whipping Cream  Sprinkle Fruits / Nuts of your choice Enjoy

Take Chicken pieces in a Bowl Sprinkle oil, Salt, Pepper and  Red Chili  Powder  Mix everything Take a Baking dish  Sprinkle oil Spread Chopped onion Sliced Potatoes and on top Chicken Pieces from the Bowl Beat couple of eggs in a Bowl, add Evaporated Milk, Salt and Pepper Stir to Mix and  Spread on  Top in the Baking Dish with Chicken Cover the Dish with foil Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take the foil off Spread Shredded Mozzarella Cheese On top spread Sliced Tomatoes Sprinkle Rosemary / Thyme Cover the Dish with Foil Bake at 400 for 10 more minutes It is done Enjoy

  Take chicken with bone Pieces in a big pot  put it on high flame add water to get enough stock after add couple of Garlic Cloves,  Piece of Ginger Onion cut into  four pieces Potatoes in big four pieces Pinch of salt Cover the pot Leave on high flame for 5 minutes after that lower to medium heat leave for 30 minutes Drain, use strainer to get  the stock in a  big pot  Put it on medium flame add chopped Carrots, sliced Mushrooms, chopped Celery and Broccoli  add Soya Sauce, Hot Chili Sauce and Vinegar Sprinkle  Chopped Parsley Salt and pepper It is done Ready to enjoy with Garlic Bread / Dinner Rolls Choices are yours my dear

Burritos Veggies Beef Wraps

  Take some potatoes wash,  peel and  Microwave  Take a bowl  Mash the potatoes in a bowl You can do with fork Don't have to do it into fine paste Add pre boiled ground Beef Take a Pan to  Stir Fry sliced Red, Yellow, Orange  and Green  Bell Peppers,  Zucchini  and Onion Spread Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar  Cheese in the pan Stir to mix everything  Whisk couple of eggs and milk Scramble in a pan Add everything to the bowl Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Hot Sauce  to taste Spread Burritos on a baking pan or on Foil Heat in oven for couple of seconds at 350 Now Take Mixture from  the Bowl Spread on Burritos to make a Wrap It will be Tasty, Healthy and complete Dish Enjoy with any Sauce and Drink of your Choice

  Take Mayonnaise in a big bowl add cream, sprinkle salt, pepper and  icing sugar, not granular sugar stir to mix well add pre boiled cut Potatoes, boiled Green Peas add in the bowl and mix well add cut apple pieces, pineapple cubes and  cut Strawberries  Mix everything Fruit Salad is done You can use Mixed tinned fruits too still freshly cut fruits will be more healthy  tasty and without preservatives
