Quick Breakfast Recipe

 


Peel and slice couple of potatoes

Put it in a bowl

add eggs, salt, pepper,

Chopped Green and Red

Bell peppers, chopped Parsley

Couple of TBs of Corn Flour


Mix everything well with fork

Take a frying pan with some cooking oil

Put it on medium flame

Put the content from the Bowl

Flip to Stir fry on each side


It is done

Enjoy like snack or

Make Rolls / Sandwiches
