Veggie Fried Rice



Take a Big Pot with 

Some cooking oil

Put it on high flame

add chopped Garlic and Ginger 

Stir, add chopped Carrot, Peas, 

Sliced Potatoes and

Chopped Green Bell Pepper

Sprinkle salt

Keep Flame High

Stir for couple of minutes

Add Chopped Cabbage

Stir and

add Boiled Rice

Sprinkle Soya Sauce, Salt, Pepper, 

Cooking Oil -- Stir

Sprinkle Vinegar  -- Stir

Leave for couple of minutes

Stir

It is done

Enjoy
