  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year  To all my Dear Readers May God bless you with all the happiness in good health  Amen Microwave couple of potatoes Peel and Mash  put it in a bowl, add  Pepper, Garlic Salt Corn Flour Chopped Green and Red Bell peppers Tomato paste Mix everything well Make small size Patties and Fry   It will be tasty Enjoy with Ketchup or any dip of your choice

Chicken with Honey and Soya

  Take chicken pieces in a Bowl  Make deep cuts with knife Sprinkle Oil, Soya Sauce, Vinegar Salt, Pepper and Honey Mix everything well Take a Frying pan with Oil Put it on stove higher flame for a while Spread Chicken Pieces  Lower the flame to Higher than medium Leave for couple of minutes Flip Chicken pieces Cover the pan for couple of minutes Flip Chicken Cover and leave for couple of minutes Take cover off Stir each side of chicken pieces to give color It is done Enjoy with Salad / Sauce / Dip Rice / Bread/ Noodles Choices are yours

Steak with Veggies

  Take any Dish  Spread Steaks Sprinkle Salt, oil, chopped Garlic  and Pepper Rub on each side Take a Frying Pan with some oil  Put it on high flame Spread Steaks in the pan Leave for couple of minutes Flip and leave that side too Let the color change add Chopped Thyme To give Flavor Stir and take Steak out in a platter Leave the Frying pan on High Flame add Sliced Onion, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers Sprinkle Oil, Salt, Pepper, Pinch of Sugar and Vinegar leave on the stove for couple of minutes Stir and add Chopped Parsley It is done Take it out and Spread on Steaks Enjoy

Baked Fish and Fries

  Take fish big pieces or any size / any kind You like Spread on Baking dish Sprinkle Garlic Salt Lemon Juice Oil and Pepper Rub on each side Leave for couple of minutes Spread Frozen Fries on another  baking dish Bake at 450 Both the Dishes side by side Cover the dish of fish with foil Not the Fries one Leave that open Take the cover off the fish  after 20 minutes Leave the dishes  for couple of more minutes Don't let it be dried off It is done  Enjoy with Tartar Sauce and Ketchup

Veggies with Pasta

  Take a Pan with some oil put it on High flame add Sliced Zucchini  Chopped Garlic, Carrots Tomatoes Sprinkle Salt Pepper Stir and add Spinach Cover the pot  Lower flame a bit Leave for couple of minutes Stir and add preboiled Pasta / Macaroni  Sprinkle Soya Sauce Hot Sauce to Taste Shredded Mozzarella  and Cheddar Cheese Basil to add Flavor Stir for couple of minutes to mix It is done Enjoy

  Take Ground Beef put it in a Bowl add Garlic Salt, Pepper, Tomato paste and Crushed Red Chili to taste Sprinkle Oil and  Oregano or Chopped Parsley Microwave couple of Potatoes Peel and mash with fork Add to the Bowl Mix everything well Make Patties of the size and shape of your choice Take a Frying pan with some Oil Put it on high flame Spread the Patties Lower the Flame  Cover the pan  Leave for coupe of minutes Flip Patties Cover the Pan Leave for couple of minutes Take the lid off Flip to give color Check with Knife  If it is done Enjoy with Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Patties Enjoy

  Take a Pot with couple spoons of Butter Put it on medium Flame add milk and Shredded Mozzarella and  Cheddar Cheese Keep stirring Add preboiled Ground Beef Sprinkle Soya Sauce  Hot Sauce to taste Salt and Pepper Mix everything Add preboiled Macaroni Sprinkle Oil Stir to mix well Sprinkle Chopped Parsley It is done Enjoy

  Open Flaked Tuna cans drain  Put in a Bowl add couple of TBs of Mayonnaise  Mix and add Chopped  Dill, Onion and Iceberg Lettuce Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and  Chili powder to taste Mix everything well Take Bread slices of your choice Make Sandwiches and Enjoy

  Take a Baking Tray Transparent will be better Give a great look to the Desert Cut Grapes green and Red Apples, Pear, Banana, Strawberries Mix the fruits and  Spread in the dish Take a Bowl  with some cold Homo milk add Custard Powder Stir to Blend Take a pot with milk Put it on medium flame Let it boil  add slowly the content from the Bowl Keep stirring Let it to be cooked for couple of minutes Add sugar to taste Stir and leave to get it be slightly thickened It is done Let it cool on room temperature Spread in the Tray on top of cut fruits Spread cream on top Put it in the Fridge for some time It will Taste better It will be Delicious and Healthy Enjoy

  Take Chicken Breasts Make enough cuts Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Get the Breasts coated well with Flour Take a frying pan with some oil Put it on medium flame Spread the coated Breasts Leave for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for couple  of more minutes Don't take the Breasts out  Put some oil in the center of the pan Add Crushed Garlic Soya Sauce, Honey and Vinegar  Stir for couple of minutes Don't take the Breasts out  Let it cook and be soaked  in the mixture for couple of minutes  Flip and leave for two minutes It is done  Garnish with Chopped Parsley / Mint / Herb of your choice Enjoy

  Peel and Crush couple of potatoes Add salt, pepper, chopped Parsley Sprinkle Hot Sauce to taste Mix everything Stir fry for couple of minutes On Medium flame Take bread slices Spread this mixture on slices Make Sandwiches Take all purpose flour in a bowl add couple spoons of Corn Flour Water not much Just to make a paste Salt and pepper  Mix well Take Bread Crumb in a plate Now dip the Sandwiches in the Bowl After that wrap in Bread Crumb Stir fry It will be Delicious Enjoy
