Roasted Veggies

 





Take a bowl with some cooking oil

add cut pieces of Carrots, Cauliflower, 

Red Onion, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, 

Chopped Tomatoes,

Red, Yellow, Orange and 

Green Bell Peppers

Sprinkle Garlic powder, Salt,

Pepper, Lemon juice,

Few drops of oil

and Crushed Red Chili

Toss to mix everything well

Transfer everything to baking tray

Roast at 400 for 15 minutes 

toss and leave for 10 more minutes

It will be tasty and healthy

Enjoy with Pasta / Noodles/

Rice / Garlic Bread
