Chicken with Veggies

 




Take Boneless chicken strips 

in a bowl

add Garlic Ginger paste and

Soya Sauce

Sprinkle Corn Starch

Mix everything well 

Leave chicken to 

Marinate for 

Couple of minutes


Cut Onion, Broccoli, Carrot, 

Red, Green Bell Peppers

and Baby Corn

Put Veggies in a Bowl


Take a Pan with some

Cooking oil

Put it on medium Flame 

add Chicken pieces

Cover the pan


leave for couple of minutes

Flip the pieces

Leave for couple of more minutes

Take chicken pieces out in a Big plate


Now put the Cut Veggies in

the same pan on Medium heat

Stir and leave for couple of minutes

Don't cover the pan

Stir and add

the chicken pieces 

Stir to mix


Take a bowl put Soya Sauce, 

Water, Sugar,

Vinegar, and Corn Starch 

Stir to mix well


Add to the pan to 

Chicken and Veggies

Sprinkle oil

Stir and leave for 

Couple of minutes

Don't cover the pan

Stir to mix well


It is done

Enjoy with Rice / Noodles

Pasta or anything you like
