Baked Potatoes with Spinach

Wash spinach well
cut and spread in the baking dish 
sprinkle cooking oil
salt, pepper, crushed red chili
chopped onion, 
chopped garlic and ginger

 Add cut big pieces of potatoes
Spread chopped tomatoes
sprinkle salt and pepper
sprinkle oil on top
No water added

 Cover the dish with foil
bake at 400
for 20 minutes

 Take the foil off
leave for 10 more minutes

 It is done 
Enjoy with bread of your choice /
Rice / pasta / macaroni 
Make rolls / sandwiches

  Take chicken Breast Pieces Prick on each side with fork Take a bowl, put Honey, lemon juice Chopped Garlic, Oil Salt pepper, Oregano Hot sauce few drops Mix well Rub on each side of Chicken Breast pieces Take baking dish Sprinkle oil Spread the pieces Cover with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Flip, take cover off Bake at 450 for 10 minutes It is done Enjoy with Rice / Pasta / Make Wraps Enjoy
