Stir Fried Beef with Veggies

 





Take a pot with some 
cooking oil
put it on medium flame

Add chopped onion
leave for couple of minutes
add ground beef

Stir and add chopped 
garlic and ginger, 
yogurt, salt, pepper, 
and cumin powder

Sprinkle
lemon juice

Red chili powder 
to taste
is optional

No water added

Stir and cover the pot 
for 15 minutes

Add cut pieces of 
Broccoli, Carrots and 
Cauliflower  

Stir to mix and
leave for 10 more minutes

Add sliced Red, Yellow,
Green and Orange
Bell Peppers

Sprinkle Salt and Pepper

Stir to mix 
leave for 2 minutes

It is done
Enjoy with Pasta / Macaroni 
Rice / Bread of your choice
Make Rolls / Sandwiches
