Chicken with Rice and Veggies

 





Boil Chicken pieces 
Doesn't matter with bone 
or boneless

Boil rice separately

Slice potatoes, egg plant 
and carrots 

Stir fry the vegetables

Take a baking dish 
Sprinkle oil

Spread chopped tomatoes
and chicken pieces

Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper 
and chili powder 
to taste if you want

Now spread 
Sliced Red, Yellow and 
Green Bell Peppers 
and half of the fried Veggies

Spread Rice and 
the rest of veggies

Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper
and lemon juice 

Cover and Bake at 450
for 15 minutes
It will be done
Enjoy
