Baked Veggie Pasta

 






Take a pan with some olive oil
put the pan on medium flame
add chopped onion, thick
slices of Zucchini and Egg plant

Stir and add crushed garlic 
and chopped tomatoes,
Spinach leaves, 
thick chopped pieces
of Red, Yellow and 
Green Bell Peppers

Stir and add 
shredded Cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, hot sauce 
to taste and Basil
Stir to mix everything

Take a baking dish
sprinkle oil
Spread precooked 
drained pasta

Spread the content 
from the pan
into the baking dish 

spread pasta sauce,
Shredded 
Mozzarella cheese
sprinkle salt and pepper

Cover the dish with foil
bake at 400 for 10 minutes
 
take the cover off
bake for 5 more minutes
Broil for 1 to 2 minute

It is done
