Baked Boneless Chicken

 

Take a bowl with yogurt,

Oil, Tomato paste, Salt, Pepper and

Red Chili Powder To taste

Mix everything

Take a Baking dish

Sprinkle oil

Spread Boneless Chicken

Pieces / Strips

Prick the pieces with fork

Sprinkle oil 

Spread the Mixture from the Bowl

on each side of the Chicken Pieces

Sprinkle Crushed Red Chili to taste

Sprinkle Oil

Cover with Foil

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes

Don't take off the foil

Bake for 10 more minutes at 500

It is done

Enjoy with Sauce / Salad /

Baked Potatoes

Rice / Bread / Pasta /
