Stir Fried Okra with Lemon
Take a pot with some
Cooking oil
Put it on medium flame
Add Cumin seeds, couple
of Black peppers, one whole
Red pepper,
Sliced Okra and
Chopped tomatoes
Sprinkle salt, pepper,
crushed Red chili,
cooking oil and
Lemon juice
No water added
Cover the pot
leave at medium flame
for 8 to 10 minutes
Stir and leave for another
5 to 8 minutes
Sprinkle chopped Mint /
Parsley/
Green Coriander
It is done
Enjoy with Rice / Bread
of your choice
Make Sandwiches / Rolls
