Egg with Veggies


Naomi Duguid's Golden Egg Curry Recipe | Serious Eats










Take a pot with some 
cooking oil
put it on medium flame

Add chopped onion
leave for couple of minutes
to let it be golden

Stir and add chopped tomatoes,
chopped garlic, ginger
cumin seeds, salt pepper
red chili powder to taste
and tomato paste

No water added
cover the pot and
leave for 10 to 15 minutes

Boil couple of eggs
peel and cut into half

Put it into the pot
cover and leave 
for 2 minutes 

Stir, sprinkle chopped mint, 
Parsley, chopped Green and 
Red Bell pepper

It will be quick and delicious
Enjoy with Rice / Bread of
your choice
Make Rolls / Sandwiches
