Chicken with Broccoli
Take a bowl put
boneless chicken pieces
add garlic, ginger paste, yogurt,
red chili powder to taste,
salt and pepper
sprinkle some cooking oil
Mix everything
Take a pot with some
cooking oil
put it on medium flame
add chopped onion
leave for couple of minutes
to let it be golden
add tomato paste
salt, pepper and
red chili powder
to taste
No water added
Cover the pot
leave for couple of minutes
to let the onion be slightly
cooked and also be mixed
with tomato paste
Stir and add chicken
from the bowl
into the pot
Stir to mix
No water added
Cover the pot
Leave for 10 minutes
Stir and leave for further
10 to 15 minutes
It will be done by now
Add sliced Red / Green
Bell Peppers
and Broccoli
to give color and
top up nutrition
Cover and leave the pot
for just couple of minutes
Don't overcook
Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your
choice / Pasta / Macaroni
