 2% - 3% 

Fruit yogurt any

of your choice

Put it in a bowl

add cut Strawberries

Blueberries

Apple, Banana, Peach

any fruit of your choice

add Crunchy peanut butter

It will taste like Nuts 

in the dish

and Honey

Mix everything with fork 

and spoon

It is done

Enjoy
