Veggie Fried Rice
Take a big pot with some
cooking oil
put it on medium heat
Cut Cabbage and Carrot in thin slices
Cut Spring onion
Put everything in the pot
add chopped garlic and ginger,
Salt, pepper, red chili powder
and green peas
Stir fry for 2 minutes
Now add boiled rice
in the pot
Stir with two big spoons
for 2 minutes
to mix everything
Cover the pot and leave
on the stove
for 2 to 3 minutes
It is done now
