Stir Fried Green Beans
Take a pot with some Olive oil
put it on medium flame
add chopped onion
leave it for couple of minutes to let
it be yellowish
Cut Beans into half wedges
put it in the pot
add chopped tomatoes, couple of whole
black peppers, one whole red chili,
pinch of cumin seeds.
salt and and crushed red chili
Sprinkle some oil
Now cover the pot and leave
for 15 minutes on medium flame
Stir for couple of minutes
leave for 5 more minutes
It is done now enjoy
You can have it with precooked meat
or as it is choices are yours
Take it with rice /make Rolls
or have with Macaroni /Pasta
