Ground Beef with Onion and Peppers
Take a pot with some cooking oil
Put it on medium flame
add ground beef
sprinkle salt and pepper
cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes
Stir fry sliced onion in another pot
add chopped ginger and garlic,
one whole red chili, couple of black peppers,
stir and add the precooked meat
Spread chopped tomatoes,
sliced Bell Peppers of your choice
I use bit of all colors, I mean
Red/Green/Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers
Sprinkle salt, pepper and Crushed Red chili
Spread Mint/ Parsley
or Green Coriander leaves
To give flavor
Cover the pot leave on medium flame
Leave for 10 minutes,
Check, not too dry
there has to be some gravy
Not much
It is done, enjoy with Rice/
Bread of your choice/Macaroni/
Pasta. Whatever you like
