Baked Fish

Take a baking tray
Spread the fish pieces in the dish
sprinkle some cooking oil,
salt, pepper, 
crushed red chili,
few drops of lemon juice and 
cooking oil

 Cover the dish with foil and 
bake for 20 minutes
take the foil off
broil for few minutes
Don't let it be too dry

 Leave some liquid 
it will taste better 

 It is done enjoy with
rice or bread of your choice
