Roast Beef with Veggies
Take yogurt in a bowl, add salt,
pepper, red chili powder,
chopped onion,
tomatoes, garlic and ginger
Now put small size of meat
with bones or boneless
Sprinkle cooking oil
Mix everything well.
Take a baking dish sprinkle
some cooking oil
spread the content from the bowl
into the dish, cover with foil and
put in oven
at 450 for 20 minutes
Take the cover off
add cut pieces of potatoes
Sliced Red, Green Bell Peppers
Cabbage and Green Peas
Cover with foil
Leave the dish in the oven
for 15 more minutes at 450
Don't let it be dried off
has to be some curry left
it will give the fullness
and more flavor
It is done, enjoy with
Rice / Bread of your choice /
Macaroni / Pasta
Make Sandwiches / Rolls
