Potato and Beef Patties

Take some potatoes wash  
cut into big pieces
Put it into glass bowl cover 
and microwave
Don't use plastic bag. 
not healthy

 Let the pieces cool down
now peel and mash in a bowl

 Mix precooked ground beef,
salt, pepper, crushed red chili,
chopped tomatoes and 
chopped green pepper

 Mix everything and make patties
of any size and shape, you like

 Stir fry and enjoy with rice / pasta /
macaroni or make sandwiches / rolls
Choices are yours

    Take a baking tray sprinkle oil Spread ground beef Chopped onion, Garlic Ginger, tomatoes Green, Red and Orange Bell peppers Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Oil, Soy Sauce Mix everything Cover with foil Bake at 450 for  20 minutes Take foil off Stir to mix Spread Shredded  Mozzarella cheese Bake at 400 for couple of minutes let the cheese melt Don't burn it out It is done Enjoy
