Beef and Veggie Patties
Microwave some potato big pieces
take off the skin
it will be easy after microwave
Take a bowl
mash the potatoes
Now add precooked ground beef,
Chopped onion, chopped tomatoes,
chopped Garlic and Ginger,
chopped Green and Red Bell Peppers
Sprinkle cooking oil,
lemon Juice, salt, pepper
and crushed Red Chili
Mix everything well
and make Patties of any
size of any shape
Take a Baking Tray grease with oil
Spread the Patties cover with foil
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
Take foil off Bake for 10 minutes
at the same Temperature
Broil for 2 minutes to give color
It is ready to have like snacks
or make Rolls / Sandwiches
have with Rice
Enjoy with spicy yogurt /
