Bread Pizza Slices

Take Bread slices  Spread Pizza sauce or Ketchup Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese, Salt, pepper and crushed red chili Bake at 375 for 3 minutes Broil for one to two minute It will be great tasty home made Pizza Slice Enjoy like snacks or pack for your lunch

Omelette with Red and Green Bell Pepper

Blend couple of eggs in a bowl add chopped Red and  Green Bell peppers salt and black pepper add chopped ginger to give special flavor and taste add small quantity of milk It will give softness Mix everything well Take a frying pan with  some cooking oil Put on medium flame  Pour the content Leave for couple of minutes sprinkle Crushed Red chili to give color and taste Flip the omelette  leave for couple of minutes Flip again It is ready now Tasty and colorful dish Enjoy with any bread your like Make Rolls/Sandwiches Choices are yours

Stir Fried Fish with Onion and Tomatoes

Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium flame add chopped onion stir, after couple of minutes add chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger,  garlic, yogurt, cumin seeds, tomato paste  to give color No water added Leave the pot on medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes to simmer everything and let it cook for a while It has to be  not so juicy after that  stir and spread  the fish  pieces in the pot  Don't stir You can take any fish  fresh or from freezer Leave it for 5 minutes to cook Flame has to be higher but not full  Now with flat spoon flip the fish  don't stir Leave it for 5 more minutes to cook.  It is done. Enjoy with Bread of your choice / Rice  Make Rolls / Sandwiches
