Pasta with Chicken

Take a pot with some  cooking oil add one tsp butter Put it on medium flame Add two tbs of  All purpose flour Stir and add one cup milk,  salt, pepper and  red chili powder to taste one tsp of sugar add boiled chicken cubes  / chicken strips chopped garlic /   ginger  stir and add chopped Red and  Green  Bell Pepper  Shredded  Mozzarella  and Cheddar cheese  Boiled  Pasta / Spaghetti /  Macaroni   Stir to mix add milk if it is  too dry It is done Garnish with Black / Green Olives It will be  tasty Enjoy

Meatballs with Bell Peppers

Take a pot with some cooking oil  put it on medium heat add chopped onion, leave  for  couple of minutes to let it be yellowish Add chopped garlic, ginger,  chopped tomatoes couple of tsp of yogurt,  salt,  red chili powder  to taste and tomato paste  to give color No water added Cover the pot leave for 8 to 10 minutes Now add meat balls. No water added Making Meatballs  Take ground beef in a bowl add garlic, ginger  chopped or blended yogurt, cooking oil it will make it soft salt and red chili powder to taste Mix everything well  make  balls of any size Add meat balls. into the pot  No water added Cover the pot leave for 30 minutes stir and add Sliced Red and Green Bell Peppers Leave for couple of minutes Don't overcook It has to be crunchy Leave some curry too Not too dry It wont be tasty It is done now Sprinkle chopped Parsley / Green Coriander / Mint Anything to garnish Enjoy with Rice/ Pasta/ Macaroni/ B

Ground Beef with Cauliflower

Take a pot with some  cooking oil  put it on medium heat add chopped onion  Cover and leave for couple  of minutes to let it be yellowish  Add chopped tomatoes,  chopped garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, Cover for 5 minutes Stir and add Ground Beef, tomato paste to give color, salt, pepper and  crushed red chili to taste Cover and leave for  15 minutes stir and leave for 10 more minutes Add cut pieces of Cauliflower Sprinkle oil, pinch of salt  and pepper cover and leave for  5 to 8 minutes Don't over cook It has to be crunchy Stir, spread some  Mint or Parsley leaves It is done. Enjoy with Rice / Pasta / Macaroni Make Rolls / Sandwiches  with bread of your choice Enjoy

Stir Fried Spinach with Onion

Take a pot with some oil put it on medium flame add couple of black peppers Cumin seeds and one red chili Add chopped onion leave for a while  let it be slightly golden Stir and add  chopped tomatoes Salt and crushed chili to taste Cover the pot leave for couple of minutes No water added add chopped Spinach cover the pot and leave for 5 minutes stir and leave for 5 more minutes If it is watery, leave for  couple of minutes more It is done now Enjoy with Rice / Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Have with Pasta / Macaroni  Enjoy
