Meatballs with Spaghetti

  I --  Take a put with some  cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion  stir and leave for  couple of minutes  add chopped ginger  and garlic, crushed tomatoes cover the pot and leave  for couple of minutes 2 -- For Meatballs Take minced meat in a bowl add chopped garlic, ginger,  oil, yogurt, salt, pepper  and red chili powder to taste mix well Make balls of the size  of your choice  Spread in baking dish cover with foil Bake at 450 for 10 minutes  3 -- Transfer meat balls into the pot  boiled and drained Spaghetti  into the pot  4 -- Sprinkle oil, salt,  pepper,  and hot sauce  stir to mix add chopped parsley to give flavor 5 -- Cover the pot   leave on medium flame for  10 minutes When done  Make sure  it is not too dry If too dry sprinkle some water and  leave for 5 minutes Stir to mix It is done  Enjoy 

Baked Chicken

Take chicken pieces with bone /   boneless,  your choice.  make cut marks with knife  Sprinkle salt, pepper,  red chili powder to taste,  garlic ginger paste,  crushed tomato  cooking oil  Mix everything well  Take a baking tray spray oil spread chicken pieces sprinkle oil on top too Cover with foil bake at 450 for 20 minutes Broil 2 minutes It is done Enjoy with Rice /  Bread of your choice choices are yours

Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

  Put pan on medium flame sprinkle cooking oil add chopped garlic,  stir and add chopped onion leave for couple of minutes stir and add chopped tomatoes leave for couple of minutes add ground chicken  stir and leave for  couple of minutes add salt, pepper and  soya sauce, hot sauce  to taste stir and leave  for couple of minutes add chopped spinach cover the pot leave  for 5 minutes add precooked pasta sprinkle salt, pepper, shredded Mozzarella  and  Cheddar cheese stir and leave  to melt it down Sprinkle chopped green onion and mint leaves mix everything  It is done enjoy 

Fish Patties

  Open fish can, drain the liquid  put the rest in a bowl,  add corn flour, salt, pepper,  crushed red chili to taste,  fresh lemon juice few drops, few drops of cooking oil,  chopped green Bell pepper.  chopped mint or parsley.  bread crumbs,  you can use bread slice  instead of crumbs. mix everything well to make  sort of dough Make patties of any shape / size take some bread crumbs in a plate no water added wrap the patties into crumbs  Stir fry it will be crunchy and tasty Enjoy with salad and  sauce of your choice with rice / bread Make rolls / sandwiches choices are yours
