  Take a big pot Sprinkle oil Put it on medium flame Add chopped Garlic Stir, add Shrimp  Sprinkle Soya Sauce Stir, add Sliced Onion, Green, Red and Yellow  Bell Peppers Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper Add boiled Egg Noodles Stir sprinkle water, oil add Tomato Ketchup, Chili Sauce to taste Mix everything Enjoy

  Take a Bowl with  Boiled Macaroni add Mayonnaise Chopped Red and  Green Bell Pepper Chopped Celery  Chopped Apples Cubed Boiled / Microwaved Potatoes Salt, Pepper, Sugar Chopped Parsley Mix everything well Enjoy

Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Take Chicken pieces in a Bowl Sprinkle oil, Salt, Pepper and  Red Chili  Powder  Mix everything Take a Baking dish  Sprinkle oil Spread Chopped onion Sliced Potatoes and on top Chicken Pieces from the Bowl Beat couple of eggs in a Bowl, add Evaporated Milk, Salt and Pepper Stir to Mix and  Spread on  Top in the Baking Dish with Chicken Cover the Dish with foil Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Take the foil off Spread Shredded Mozzarella Cheese On top spread Sliced Tomatoes Sprinkle Rosemary / Thyme Cover the Dish with Foil Bake at 400 for 10 more minutes It is done Enjoy

Meat with onion

  Take a pot with some cooking oil put it on medium flame add chopped onion, Garlic, ginger Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Chili to taste add Meat Pieces  Cover with Chopped Tomatoes Sprinkle Oil Salt and Pepper Cover the pot Leave on the stove for 20 minutes Stir, add Whole Green and Red Bell Pepper Cover and leave for  20 minutes Check the Meat with Knife tip If not done to your taste Leave for 10 more minutes Stir to Mix It is done Enjoy with Rice /  Bread of your choice Make Rolls / Sandwiches Choices are yours

Baked Chicken with Veggies

  Put chicken Pieces in a bowl  add Soya Sauce, Hot Sauce,  Salt and Pepper Sprinkle Oil Mix well Put the Chicken in Baking tray  Cover with foil  Bake at 450 for 10 minutes Take foil off Spread on the chicken  Chopped Onion, Spinach, Broccoli, Red / Green Bell Peppers Potatoes  in small cubes Sprinkle oil, Salt and Pepper Cover the tray Bake at 450 for 5 to 8 minutes Broil for 2 minutes It is done  Enjoy with Rice / Pasta Spaghetti / Noodles / Bread of your choice
