  Take a big bowl  Spread chopped Salad add Cherry Tomatoes Green Peas Apple cut in cubes / any size Avocado  Sliced Red, Yellow, Orange and Green Bell Peppers Parmesan Cheese Croutons Sprinkle Salt Pepper Olive oil Vinegar Mix everything well Enjoy

Veggies with Pasta

  Take a Pan with some oil put it on High flame add Sliced Zucchini  Chopped Garlic, Carrots Tomatoes Sprinkle Salt Pepper Stir and add Spinach Cover the pot  Lower flame a bit Leave for couple of minutes Stir and add preboiled Pasta / Macaroni  Sprinkle Soya Sauce Hot Sauce to Taste Shredded Mozzarella  and Cheddar Cheese Basil to add Flavor Stir for couple of minutes to mix It is done Enjoy

Beef with Veggies

  Take a big frying pan  with oil put it on high flame add chopped onion, Ground Beef Salt, Pepper stir for couple of minutes add Sliced Carrots Garlic,  Ginger,  Chopped Tomatoes Spinach Sprinkle Salt, Pepper Lower flame a bit Cover the pan Leave for couple minutes Add Sliced Red, Orange Bell Peppers Higher Flame to full Sprinkle Hot Sauce  to taste Stir to Mix Sprinkle Chopped  Oregano It is done Enjoy

Chicken Strips with Veggies

Take Chicken Strips  Put it in a Frying pan with oil  On high flame add Chopped Onion, Garlic Chopped tomatoes Sprinkle salt, Pepper, Stir, Flip the Strips Sprinkle Sugar lower flame a bit add Sliced Red and Green Bell Peppers Stir,  It is done Switch flame off Sprinkle  Basil / Thyme / Parsley Enjoy with Rice / Bread  of your choice / Pasta / Macaroni / Big Salad
