  Take Kebabs or cooked Ground Beef whatever is left over in your fridge Chopped Onions, Red / Green  Bell Peppers Mix everything in Bowl Don't have to use  Spices It will be already in Cooked  Beef / Kebabs Take Bread slices Sprinkle oil on one side of the slice Put the filling from the Bowl Cover with another Slice Put it in Sandwich Maker It will be done in no time Enjoy with Ketchup

  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year  To all my Dear Readers May God bless you with all the happiness in good health  Amen Microwave couple of potatoes Peel and Mash  put it in a bowl, add  Pepper, Garlic Salt Corn Flour Chopped Green and Red Bell peppers Tomato paste Mix everything well Make small size Patties and Fry   It will be tasty Enjoy with Ketchup or any dip of your choice

  Cut apples in cubes Put it in a Bowl add Pineapple Chunks Microwave couple of Potatoes Peel and cut into cubes add in the Bowl Blanch Broccolis  add in the Bowl Corn Kernels from tin Peas, Cherry Tomatoes and Salad add Mayonnaise  Salt, Pepper and  pinch of Sugar Mix everything It is done Enjoy

  Take a Bowl  Put fish pieces of any size in it Sprinkle Oil, Lemon juice Salt, Pepper, Hot Sauce as per choice Rub on fish pieces  Each side Transfer Fish in Baking Dish Cover dish  Bake at 450 for 15 minutes Take cover off Bake for 5 more Minutes Don't let Fish dry It is done Enjoy with  Fries / Onion Rings / Peas Tartar Sauce / Ketchup
