Fish Potatoes Patties

  Open fish can Tuna / Salmon drain the liquid and put it in a bowl Microwave couple of potatoes peel and mash with fork add to the bowl add salt, pepper tomato paste crushed red chili to taste chopped green onion mix everything well make patties of any size / any shape Stir fry Enjoy  make Rolls / Sandwiches

Fruit and Vegie Big Salad

  Take a Bowl add Peas, Cut pieces of Carrot,  Cherry Tomatoes,  Pieces of Cucumber apple, Pineapple Fresh / from tin Boiled / Microwaved Big pieces of Potatoes, Mayonnaise  Iceberg sliced Salt, Pepper  Mix everything well It is done Enjoy 

Veggies Fried Rice

  Take rice wash and rinse put it in a pot  add oil, Veggies fresh or frozen Salt, pepper, red chili powder  to taste Cinnamon small stick add water to cook Put the pot on high flame Stir, don't cover the pot leave for 10 minutes stir once a while Check the water lower the flame to higher than medium  if  rice nearly done Sprinkle Vinegar cover the pot  leave for couple of minutes to cook properly Enjoy with yogurt / ketchup chicken/ meat your choice

Boneless chicken Dish

  Take a baking tray spread  Boneless  chicken pieces add Yogurt, Salt, Pepper  Crushed Red pepper to taste Crushed Garlic, Tomato Paste Sprinkle Oil Mix everything well Leave for sometime, to Marinate Cover the tray with foil Bake at 450 for 20 minutes Take a pot with some oil put it on medium flame add Baked chicken pieces and liquid from Baking tray to the pot Leave for couple of minutes Stir, let the liquid dry Not completely dry Sprinkle  Chopped Mint / Cilantro to garnish and to taste good It is done Enjoy with Rice / Bread  of your choice  Make Rolls / Sandwiches

Carrot Desert

  Take a pot with some milk  Not much add crushed Carrots let it steam for a while stir and wait for the milk to dry up add Skim milk powder Keep stirring   add sugar and Nuts  of your choice I use Crushed coconut and  Pistachios Stir to mix It is done  Enjoy
